Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgetown

We visited the Georgetown Oh location today, 11/23/22 around 7pm. We were greeted immediately and seated within 1 minute of walking in the door. Our server was apparently brand new, I didn't catch his name but he was tall, had long hair neatly pulled back with a hat on as well...early 20s. We had our drinks immediately and our order was taken promptly. Our breadsticks came out first followed shortly by the 2 pizzas we ordered. The food was outstanding! Hot, very fresh, lots of toppings and the order was correct. Our table was checked on several times, we received prompt refills and to go boxes when we were heading out. I want to mention the manager, he was wearing a flannel shirt, headset and had a few tattoos on his fore arms- this man was seating people, cleaning tables, wiping off the salad bar, checking on guests that were seated, bringing refills to other tables, cashing people out and working in the kitchen. He was doing everything right and working absolutely every station in the place. Between our great server and the food, our dinner tonight was great! I do want to mention in case anyone from corporate is reading- the restaurant was absolutely FREEZING and several other tables were making comments as well so it wasn't just me being cold natured. The parking lot is also VERY, VERY DARK. The front is dimly lit by the very dim street lights but the back where we had to park was pitch black and a little surprising that there are no lights on in the parking lot. I ordered my food at 12:30 told it would be developed at 1:04. 1:45 came around still no food and got a text from the delivery driver that they were still waiting on my food and that it would be another 20 minutes. I decided to go inside and find out what was taking so long on my order, it is now 2:30pm. I ask the Male employee at the counter why it was taking so long and he said "We were waiting on the driver" I point to my driver that was sitting there for the past hour waiting and waiting. Then he said "Well uh uh we were waiting on the food". This is the 2nd that that this had happened when I order pizza from them. The food was pulled from their warmer and i could tell that it has been in there for the past 30+ minutes because it wasn't hot just barely warm. They never even got the manager to come speak to me, I'm so pissed on the service that I got. Would not recommend ordering from Pizza HUT delivery it would probably take you about 2 hours to get your food...

My husband and I walk in and are told to take a seat. The lady brought our plates and silverware but did not take our drink order. She told us she would be back. We waited over 10 minutes to even get a drink order in. We put our food order in as well and that came in a timely manner. However, we were treated like we had done something to the staff. We got the cold shoulder from the staff. Never once did they come and ask how we liked the food or if we wanted refills. Nor were we provided a check. My husband had to go up to the service desk to get the check. I have never had such bad service at this location. We only come here because of how good they are. I am disappointed in how we were treated. The only thing that was good...
