I dislike and I mean dislike the customer service I receive at this American Deli! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve given the Lynmark location a chance before writing this review. I lived in Fairburn almost two years now and anyone that knows me knows I love a good wing twice maybe three times a week. I usually spend anywhere from $50 or more each time I place an order with this establishment. I like my wings fried crispy yet, this location fails to accommodate my request quite often. I vowed several times to NEVER do business here again yet, the convenience of the location and their FRIES (another weakness of mine) calls out to me despite how I feel about American Deli. Well, tonight I’m officially done! I refuse to spend money with anyone that DOES NOT VALUE my money as a customer. I asked for my wings to be extra extra crispy because I was tired of eating rubbery skinned wings. I placed my order at 7:52pm and was told the wings wouldn’t be cooked until I arrived. I arrived at approximately 8:00pm paid for my order which included a 30 pc wing and large fry then waited. After waiting approximately 15 minutes I asked if my order was next since upon my arrival no one else was in the store but one other customer that had left and at least 3-4 others came in, placed their orders, received their food and left ALL BEFORE ME! I was told I was waiting on my fries. At this point I’m somewhat disgusted because the whole time I’m watching the three young fellas cooking the food laughing and playing while looking back at me as I stare to ensure my wings are being cooked as requested. Then the two young ladies though one was very polite and helpful the other one obviously didn’t feel my complaint was worthy of her assistance because she wasn’t the one cooking the food. Which I understood! Therefore, I called to request the owners information to discuss further and was placed on hold. Jay, the owner refused to take the call and advised the young ladies to say he wasn’t there though the conversation took place while I was holding. Let’s start off with the fact that they NEVER answer their phone. Continue with they will make the food and toss it in a box at THEIR discretion. Let’s top it off with if you’re ‘difficult’ the employees there have no shame in talking about you in front of you.
The cashier tonight was SO BUSY on her PERSONAL phone call yet had the time to serve some attitude while taking my order. I obviously impeded on her personal conversation. The cooks in the back already have ‘pre-cooked’ food hanging on the fryers. So no your food will be as fresh as air drying food gets. Upon my asking if my order was accurate (because it was more than noticeable it wasn’t) with no exchange of words but ugly passive energy they dumped another sauce on my wings and laughed and gave me new fries. You would think you’d have my order together instead of trying to impose some pre-made fries that would have been soggy and cold by the time my actual meal was ready.
You would think because YOU PAY you would get food YOU would like. The owners of this establishment should highly consider a review of who is driving their customers to other locations. Even a different fast-food chain could have given me better customer service and food...

As soon as we walked in they started laughing. No one asked if they could help us. When we started ordering they were on there cellphones looking at a video perhaps. They were distracted and uninterested in helping customers. One was dancing. There wasn't any type of customer service. On top of that one kept patting her hair weave. This is all going on at the front register. I find it to be very unprofessional. To top things off an older Asian woman came from the back to fix the register and she was acting just as silly and unprofessional as the two young ladies. Never will...
