PLEASE DO NOT PATRON THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! If I could give a negative number, I would. I just had the worst experience with Papa Johnās (Lynnmark Way). I ordered for delivery and when the driver came, she left my order on the ground in rainwater, rang my doorbell and jumped back in her car before I could get to the door. I called and was offered another order, but after I got off the phone, decided I didnāt want it. I called several times to cancel the order, but no one answered the phone. Soā¦. We decided to take the rainwater pizza back to the store and get a refund in person. While on the way to the store, another delivery driver came. I spoke to her through my doorbell camera (I wasnāt home) and told her we didnāt want the pizza and we made several attempts to cancel the order altogether before she came to the house. She put the pizza back in her bag and left. We got our refund and thought all was well. Tell me why the delivery driver doubled back and left the pizza on the wet doorstep anyway. If my neighbor hadnāt have been jogging by and called me I never would have known that it was sitting out there. I called back and was met with much attitude. They claim they gave me a free pizza. Now, if I brought you back the pizza the first time, why would you put the pizza in the exact same spot that we initially complained...

Iām aware that different people may work here and with that Iāve granted much patience towards the amount of inaccurate orders received. The manager attempts to fix this every time by providing a redo or refund. But now, Iām simply tired of it. Iām so saddened that this is our only option for pizza delivery. Iāve vowed to myself and my family to venture neighboring pizza establishments when in need and never order from here again. Even if that means skipping the āconvenienceā of delivery, which to be honest is poor. One example, which is recent is when I ordered a large half and half pizza at 9:00pm, it was marked as done soon after but was delivered an hour after it was marked as made. The pizza arrived at 10:45pm. In addition, as a non meat eater, there was meat throughout the entire pizza. Had it been delivered promptly, this could have been rectified prior to closing. To add to the poor delivery the quality of the pizzas have been inadequate and inaccurate the last 3 times Iāve ordered. I have receipts from the refunds...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk so ordered 2 pizzas on the second. One of the was the wrong cut and looked worse than a frozen pizza. The cheap ones.. I of course complained didn't want to wait. They added me to that list to get one later. Today I call for my replacement get there and they inform me that it wasn't in the system. Thats not my problem! The cashier however, was there that knows of my issue. This manager tells me she can't replace it off of my word or the cashier. If she took everyone's word the would lose 300 dollars a week. Again not my problem. If it would have been done right the first time we would have never had a problem. I never eat there and never will again. She must think all customers are liars. Let me make it clear they are not and frankly my backpack cost more than your rent. You totally insulted me with that nonsense. The only reason I stayed and made you replace it was on principle. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE! BLACKS...
