This is my 3rd attempt trying this place out. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt being that it is one of the only fresh juice establishments in the area and on top of that being black owned. Unfortunately this place has let me down every single time. The wait time is extremelyyyyyyyyy long. I waited 1 hour for two juices and not because there was a huge crowd, the workers are just veryyyy slow. No one in there knows anything about if any of the items on the menu are available, they always have to ask the owner. Also, A lot of the items that are listed on the menu are not available, a lot of the fruits are also not available. They don’t offer any compensation or anything for the extreme long and unprofessional service. This was my very first time eating here (recommended by my sister) and I must say they didn't disappoint. I called my order in and initially I ordered the salmon wrap with no tomatoes (allergic) but was told by the young lady (didn't catch her name) that the tomatoes were already sauteed in the salmon. I asked what other wraps they had and she immediately asked me if I was allergic to tomatoes in which I said yes. She could have let me order another wrap or just let me go elsewhere but instead offered to prepare the salmon without tomatoes with fair warning it would take longer to grill. I arrived here ecstatic to try their food because I don’t frequent the area. I just happened to be around and they were CLOSED at 2pm on a Tuesday! Their hours of operation state 10-7 Tuesday-Saturday. DISAPPOINTED. Not adhering to what they advertise makes it hard to support them. What a letdown.
