Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

Gosh!!! Gosh!!! Gosh!!! I leave only the MOST TRUEST REVIEW about this disgusting Arby's that I've been to. I urge you if you are squeamish about what you eat then this is the place that I advise not to go to. If I could give a 0 for this restaurant I would. I stopped by this Arby's one afternoon, and ordered a French dip sandwich and I ordered a few an when got down to my last sandwich an when I was almost completed with that sandwich a friend of mine asked me what was sticking out of the sandwich? And so I observed the sandwich and notice a long black hair that look like it was ripped from the roots of someone, because it had a very bright white at the tip where it looked like it came from someone's scalp are mustache and it was brown on the rest of the hair and that indicated that this hair was ripped from the skin and that made me so disgusted about what I had already ate. So my friend told me that she would go an tell someone about the hair and show it to them and they offered another one and I really did not want another one. My friend did not know that I did not want another one. So anyway when she brought the other one to me and I looked to see if there was anything wrong with it I noticed a strong smell coming from the sandwich and as I went to smell the roast beef that was on the sandwich it smelled just like a dead rat and it had a strong stinking odor coming from the sandwich. So my friend went back to tell the person who gave her the sandwich and everyone looked mad and I felt like that they was upset because the first time it was reported that there was a hair in the sandwich so they would give me one of the sandwiches that was probably going to be disposed with because they was mad about the hair that was reported because they look mad when the hair was reported and so to offer me another one that was not smelling as fresh as the other few that I purchased I felt like that that was an outrage for someone to treat a customer like that. Across Arby's on Whitesville Road you have Wendy's and McDonald's and I have shopped at these two places and never found anything wrong with my food. If I ever have in the future of a bad experience with McDonald's are Wendy's on Whitesville Road I will be so sure to give a True Review about these places. For now, they've been good places to dine at. I jus wanted to add that in there. I have always wondered why Arby's restaurant parking lot always had just a few cars there wherever I'd go by and Wendy's and McDonald's always have more business that should have been a strong indication that there must have been something going wrong with Arby's restaurant and so my thought is, this would be a place that I would never shop at again in my life. Unless I am truly starving and desperately need something to eat then still I will be nervous in the stomach and mind to shop here. I saw the sign that said two fish sandwiches for $7 on the Marquee and I also saw it on the windows so I drove around to drive through in order to fish sandwiches plain with only cheese when I got to the window they charge me double for the fish sandwiches and they did not ring up the correct beef and cheddar either but I asked the lady aren't the fish sandwiches on sale two for $7 and she said I did not tell her I wanted the deal of two for $7 I just said I wanted two fish sandwiches and I said are you serious right now and she said yes but anyway somebody came over and did something to the cash register and gave me back $3 and something and then gave me my food and rush me on out I'm in front of the window then when I got home the fish sandwiches were not the way I ordered them and they were old and I stressed out the window that I did not mind waiting for the product to be cooked fresh and it was still not cooked fresh and made wrong instead of getting a half a pound beef and cheddar I got the double beef and cheddar which was not what I ordered it's like every time I go to that Arby's on New Franklin Road in LaGrange it's...

This place is awful!!! I came here today after a several months hiatus to see if it was different...it was ...baaaaad different. Worse than before. The drink station looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Sludge all over. Bathroom nasty as hell. Their crinkle fries always taste old and like they were reheated in a microwave. Bone fragments in the meat! I don't know how you screw up Mac n cheese, but the Mac n cheese bites are nasty and waaay to expensive. The Philly cheese steak (if you want to call it that) was cold and nasty with an awful flavor. I think an ingredient was bad because I have been throwing up from it. I went here at 11:30 am so everything should've been fresh and standing tall. The prices Arby's charges are ridiculous and this shouldn't happen. I will never eat at any Arby's again.
