Hubby and I went to get a milk shake. We sat in the drive thru lane for over what seemed like forever. One car ahead of us, was waiting for awhile too. Car ahead of us pulled forward. Cashier came on three different times telling us she would take our order in a minute. After the third time, I told her a minute was over 20 minutes ago. Then she went into this speech stating how short handed they were and she'd take out order as soon as she could. I asked why she couldn't take our order, so we could pull forward. Another employee, I believe was the manager came back on and started yelling at me and husband, telling us we were being rude to his cashier, and I should take my business elsewhere if I couldn't wait on her to take my order. So that's what I did. I said a few select words and left. I've never had a problem with Arby's before and I've always gave 5 stars, but this store, and experience really did it for me. If this is the way they treat paying customers, I will not visit a Arby's again. I understand a lot of businesses are short handed, we are where I work too, but this was very unprofessional. I've worked restaurants before, and whether or not, good or bad, you take care of your customers. Honestly could not be more disappointed in this place. Slow service. Slow drive thru. I usually wait at least 15 minutes (20-30 if its in the drive thru) when there's only a couple of people ahead of me. Tonight was the last straw, i was starving so i stopped in after a long day at work. ONE family of five in front of me = a 15 minute wait before ordering. The employees already seemed bitter that i was in there 45 mins before closing. I was soooo looking foward to eating a double regular roast beef for the past 3 hours. I get home and ... They gave me (and, more importantly, charged me for) a beef N Cheddar! Literally my least fav food from arbys. The evening shift red headed lady on 4/20 was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. I understand being short staffed, but I was told to come in on a certain side because the lobby was closed at 7:45pm by another employee who I would assume was on break! Eye rolling & talking to me like the way she did was uncalled for. Communicating to the manager on duty.. Trevor, if that’s what you want to call him by yelling.
