The staff was very disrespectful and appeared prejudiced this evening on 3/27.
I waited in line for at least 10 minutes and watch each customer served before me treated friendly. Once it was my turn to order, one staff member said she would be back to serve me and never came back. The other staff member that just finished serving a customer in front of me stated with an attitude, âjust to let you know we are now closed, you can only order a cup or cone. Yet, I was in line at least ten minutes prior to closing and arrived at the same time as the prior customer in front of me. The customer in front of me was not told that statement. Hence, why was it necessary to tell me that? (Of note, I only wanted a cup of ice cream, but because of the lack of respect from both staff members, I will gladly take my business another ice cream...

I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited on March 29th and ordered three scoops of white turtle ice cream. Unfortunately, while eating my ice cream, I found a long strand of light brown hair embedded in the first scoop. This was extremely disappointing and unsanitary, significantly affecting my experience.
I hold Brusterâs to high standards of quality and cleanliness, so this incident was both unexpected and concerning. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the matter can be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I would appreciate a resolution, whether a refund or a replacement, as well as reassurance that proper hygiene protocols are being followed.

We are regular customers at the Bruster's on Jodeco Rd McDonough Ga. Today at around 5.40 pm, my wife and I went to get ice cream and she ordered a waffle cone with 2 scoops. The employee gave her the ice cream in a broken cone, when she complained and asked for a replacement he ripped it off her hand with little pieces going everywhere.
We were surprised and complained, then decided not to get the ice cream because of the attitude of the employee. He is a tall young man, I think his name is Jay.
