Ordered a BBQ bacon chicken sandwich with no bbq sauce and added onions and pickles, 2 bacon cheeseburgers with no pickles and $3 double cheeseburger meal. My bbq bacon sandwich did not have the added onions and pickles I added and it didn’t have any fresh lettuce or thick bacon as depicted in the advertisement. The meal is $8 for Christ sakes and what I received was absolutely unbelievable. If this location is running out of items that should be told to the guest prior to ordering the meal and paying full price for something far less up to par than what they ordered. The sandwich was flattened, the bacon was non existent and it was a complete waste of money and time. I was so furious I lost my appetite and this isn’t my first issue with this location. My husbands bbq burgers were dry and had no mustard or ketchup on them. Just dry burger and burnt bacon and cheese. What is the point in staying open if this is the customer service they give to their customers? Called in and was told I can come back and get the burger made over, however, I don’t live that close and honestly not all excited about using my gas to drive back to fix an issue THEY caused. Read moreI came to order two chicken wraps through the drive-through at 10:15 PM on a Saturday night. I Told the lady what I wanted. It is a very simple order and all she said was OK. - So I took the initiative and I said thank you and drove around to the window. She had her window open, and I tried to hand her my cash, and she seemed like she was distracted. She finally looked at me and took the cash that I gave her. She gave me my food, and I noticed it felt light I looked inside of it and there’s only one chicken wrap… So I told her I ordered two she told the cook or whoever and then she handed me back my change and told me it’s going to be a certain amount, so she basically want me to hand her money right back out of my hand when she could’ve just took it out originally before handing me back my money back. - she wasn’t very friendly. It seems like she didn’t want to be there and my first chicken wrap felt like it was left over. Read moreI ordered a burger well done. A man whom I assume may have been the assistance manager took an already cooked burger and placed it back into to broiler. I could not believe it. I asked if he could turn up the fire or slow down the conveyor belt that moves the beef through the broiler. This man was so confounded. He had no understanding as to what I was asking for which was a well done burger. Before, meat want properly cooked so I asked for my burger well done. On another visit a lady manager who wears blue make up around her eyes had a very nasty encounter when I asked for my sandwiches well done When I tell you she had a serious attitude. I could not believe it. I told her to forget it. To cancel my order and i will go to another BK. A side note I would like to know does BK use horse meat? The quality of beef varies from store to store. This location on Pleasantdale beef has the consistency of horse meet being passed off as 100% beef. I hope its not true.
