First some perspective or frame of reference for the judgment. Prior to living in GA, my wife and I called Philadelphia suburbs our home where we had access to a lot of great, non-chain food. Oh and our opinion is based on a take-out experience on a Saturday night.

My wife just had nacho's and cheese because she was unsure about the food. She had a feeling... Well, she was right.

The chips were probably the worst in recorded history - excessively oily, bland, and unsalted. Who offers unsalted chips? Needless to say, the nachos and cheese were a bust. This company really missed an opportunity to 'set the hook' with some kickass chips, but they clearly went cheap and tasteless. Also, the cheese looked like it was 'miked, ' not baked on the chips.

For me, I had a chile relleno and special tacos. I took one bite of the relleno and didn't finish it. The sauce was watery and the cheese lacked flavor. I also had the special tacos with beef and chirizo. First, I didn't know they contained beef. The picture on the website only showed chirizo. And I couldn't hear the man who took my order because the background noise was so overpowering. But anyway, the meat was so salty, it made me instantly thirsty, something I don't ever remember happening in my adult life!

Honestly, I'm not that hard to please but I don't remember wasting as much food as I did with this take-out experience.

If you want an authentic and memorable mexican experience, I suggest Los Reyes in Athens. I work close-by so I go there 2-4 x/month. It would have been worth the 2-2.5 hr round trip. Now I have to contend with the rock in my stomach for the next 3-4 hrs.

That's all I...

Long time Buford resident used to come here all the time when I worked down the street, decided to stop in for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Place was empty but was filling up by a handful. We were seated immediately and given chips and salsa and the waitress took our order immediately but took several minutes believe over 8 minutes to return with our waters. The food took additional 20 minutes after the water. We ordered the lunch fajitas which was placed on a dinner plate no skillet, chicken had no seasoning and was dry. Unfortunately we had to wait additional 10 mins after our food was delivered to receive our tortillas and fixings for the fajitas. Barely any pico and the sour cream tasted spoiled. I also had a pinch of gauc. Rice was bland only thing great was the chips and salsa. While waiting, I observed the waitress being the only one on the floor and she had over 7 tables. Everyone needed attention. There was 2 managers, 1 disappeared to the back and 1, heavy set Hispanic woman, sat at the empty bar on her phone eating. She came to help for a moment but caught an attitude when we asked for additional items and gave us a remark "I'll let your server know" and went back to sitting and chilling on her phone. This place really went down hill need new management and...

Visited yesterday with my husband. The service was very poor. We waited a good ten minutes to be even offered drinks and another long while to order food. The food took a long time. The place didn't seem over busy and they weren't short staffed so i don't know why. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and my husband the carne sal. When my food came out it was a i was confused as there as no beans rice or veggies in my burrito. I called the waiter and he said no that's how it came. I told him i was sure it said there was veg beans and rice topped cheese on the menu but he said no that was what i ordered. So i got the menu online and realised what i had gotten instead was a potatoes enchilada not the burrito i ordered. The waiter never came back over instead sent another girl over with the bill. I complained and she sent the manager who. Took it off our bill wich i thanked him for. My husband said his food was ok but nothing great. Even to pay we ended up going over to the hostess to get her to take the card as nobody came back to pick it up and we needed to go. To be honest the whole experience was unpleasant. I understand mistakes happen but i don't like being lied to so on that note i probably wont be returning to this particular...

I honestly can't give it a higher rate. The best part of our meal was the appetizers. The beer arrived quickly as did the hand made guacamole and the Texas dip. The guac needed lime but otherwise tasted great. The Texas dip was surprisingly tasty! Our waiter was attentive and responded to our needs. For a non-native English speaker who is mostly fluent in English, he understood us very well. The main dishes were disappointing at best. The cabos fajitas were burnt and inedible to the point that everything tasted like charcoal and was stuck to the bottom. The flour tortillas were good. The enchiladas were only so so. The sauce was not fresh made and tasted like it came from a can. The meats were dry and lacking in flavor and were over cooked. We could have caught the kitchen at a bad time as a rush started as we got there.

First time coming : 5/5 stars I ordered a Long island ice tea highly recommended it’s very well mixed and I absolutely enjoyed it. Seems like authentic mexican, the enchiladas are great, and well seasoned. I love the jalepeno queso dip and the tortilla chips are not too oily. Overall great place to eat, but not a very community filled place. When I went it was very empty, and there was only two people there. 2nd time coming : 2/5 stars I do not like the Carne Asada At all. It has NO seasoning. The long island ice tea is overly liquor like it does not taste mixed at all. The carne asada comes with rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole with no beans, and corn tortillas. I asked for no pico de gallo. Then they gave me beans a full plate of beans because I had no beans
