I always use the mobile app and come through the drive thru. For the second time that I have come to this restaurant they have forgotten something or got my order WRONG!!. Last week I ordered the market salad, asked for it WITHOUT almonds, they gave me almonds and forgot the granola that actually comes with it and gave me some dried tomatoes and peppers, that didnât even come with the salad. When I called the restaurant and spoke to whomever they had answering the phone. She said she didnât work in the restaurant but would let them knowâŚThatâs it? So I didnât get what I ordered and thatâs all you had to say? I was turned off at that point and ended up giving it away and then going to Zaxbyâs and getting a salad, which I shouldâve done in the first place, as they never mess up my order and their salads are much better. I had a free chicken sandwich so today, I decided to give this place another tryâŚ.Why???!! I got my order, they didnât put napkins in the bag, nor did they give me a straw⌠SIMPLE things!!!! It seems as if they were rationing out the ice as I had a few floating around on top and the tea was underneath was lukewarm and disgusting. I added the cherry berry and it tasted as if they gave me unsweetened tea. I went to eat my chicken sandwich, it wasnât the usual bun, it looked to be a regular hamburger bun that you would buy at the dollar store. I didnât bother calling that same number to notify them again because what was she going to do?? Absolutely NOTHING!! I will take the trip to Zaxbyâs from now on and not waste anymore time at Chick-fil-a. Zaxbyâs ALWAYS gets my order right and the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. When someone takes the time to ask for things like mayonnaise, pepper, or creamers for their coffee on their mobile order, it should not be ignored. Itâs extremely frustrating to receive an incomplete order & then have to ask the employee to go back & get what shouldâve been included in the first place. Customers shouldnât have to do the employeesâ jobs for them. Reading the order notes isnât difficult, itâs part of the job, & it needs to be done correctly. Thereâs always something missing or done incorrectly because the order instructions arenât being read. For example, the other day I ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese muffin & asked to remove the regular egg & add 2 egg whites. In my mobile order. Instead, they removed the egg entirely & gave me no egg at all.

   Read moreThe service was like going to a high class restaurant. There was no "What's" or "huh's," it was "sir." The order takers were extremely professional and polite, I commend them. There was no cutting up, the focus was on the customer.
The food was served with nice presentation that clearly took effort and the personal touch was appreciated. The fries were the perfect combination of outward crispness and inward fluffiness. The sandwich was fresh and crunchy, just the way it was ment to be. When one of the team members passed by and I requested some extra honey bbq sauce there wasn't the slightest inclination of inconvenience and the extra sauce was delivered promptly.
As I was finishing my meal, another team member came through checking each table to make sure all the customers were in good shape.
The only thing I can criticize is that it took me a minute to find a clean table because most of the tables were dirty in the back. So I guess the exceptional people working here are...
