The sushi is top notch, with so many varieties to choose from, and they will customize it for you too. They were able to cater to my mushroom allergy (I am always so grateful for those who understand what severe allergies can do). Their Crab Rangoon is simply the best I have ever had, with such a sweet flavor to it. We collectively had the Chicken and Steak hibachi, Steak and Shrimp hibachi, and Salmon Teriyaki meals. All were great. We also had a spicy crap roll and a dragon roll. Both were amazing. The Crab Rangoon was the cherry on top of the cake, so to speak. Each meal was between $11-15, and it does come out on styrofoam plates which is as a bit strange to me, but not a deal breaker. Everyone at Osaka is extremely kind and customer service oriented. I ordered four hibachi meals and sushi and when I picked it up they forgot to put the sushi in my bag. When I got home I had a missed call and a voicemail from Osaka telling me that I forgot to pick up my sushi and they would be more than happy to make it fresh for me tonight if I wanted to pick it up or another night this weekend if I couldn’t make it tonight. Left half of meal out of my DoorDash order. I called to let them know as we would have preferred to have our food vs a refund. The young lady who answered the phone was very disrespectful and rude. Stating that she packed the bag and insinuate that I was lying. No apology and just abruptly put me on hold. Horrible! The bag was tied tight and both meals plus sushi wouldn’t have fit in it.
