Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

We used to get good food delivered that was what we ordered and was hot and fresh. Not so now! Last week placed an order at 8 pm. Never received it but was charged. Started calling at 9 pm and kept getting message stating they were closed. Closing time was 11pm. At 10 pm finally gave up and went and got something else for dinner. Called the next day. Was told I would have to speak to manager but she was busy. Left a message. Waited 4 hours. No call back. Called again. Manager was apologetic and very nice but said they had to close early the night before because it was too chaotic due to new computer system. Did get my money back. Waited a week and tried again. Order delivered by door dash. It was over an hour after ordered. Driver said they got lost. Food was not transported in the insulated pizza hut bag. Stone Cold. Pizza toppings incorrect and so greasy that the thin and crispy pizzas were soaked through. Crust was soggy and pooled grease congealed on top of pizza. Not sure what happened to this place but food was inedible and ended up in the trash. Once again had to make other arrangements for dinner. Attempted to call. No one answered. Phone just rang and rang. I know this is a rant so will summarize in 2...

I ordered the food because it said it could be ready by 7:55pm. I live less than TWO MINUTES away. This would still give me time to get home before my family was going to sit down and watch a show together at 8pm. Food wasn't ready and the heavy set lady was rude (as usual). In fact...I have been in this store multiple times and seeing her cuss and yell at customers. Once, I even saw her THROW money down on the counter. When she was rude, I walked out abruptly to get home. My mother was going to come back. I never told them that I didn't want the food. SHE ASSUMED because she saw me leave. My mom was there TWO MINUTES LATER (watch the tape). The rude lady said she threw it away because I "stormed out" and "cussed". First off, I will be filing a defamation suit in the morning because I DID NOT CUSS. She is lying and defaming my character. I have watched this store get worse and worse. And it starts with this lady at night. I will not rest until I see action taken with this woman. Ironically, I have seen this exact woman cuss and throw money down at the counter yet she is trying to say I was the problem. I HAVE SEEN SO MANY PEOPLE UPSET WITH...

Normally Pizza Hut is on point but to order delivery and then get a text saying that Door Dash will be delivering my food threw me off. I know people are just trying to make a living but when I see Door Dash drivers picking up orders from other restaurants looking like they haven't showered in a few days, in sweat pants and flip flops and then throw someone's order in the trunk and proceed to drive away with 4 other folks in the car, smoking cigarettes..I really don't want them handling my food. Maybe Pizza Hut drivers are no better but I've never had a delivery by a Pizza Hut person that made me cringe... Pizza Hut, maybe you need to inform people that it's an option for Door Dash or some other food delivery company to be delivering my food instead of sending a text message...
