Your experience varies by employment and that’s unfortunate bc if everyone goes thru training why does it differ and not in a good way.Two of the Hispanic women are rude as hell even if you’re inquiring about a combo . They’re expensive and not like a regular church’s. Chicken taste like paper no matter how many times I put salt on It.large potatoe had no gravy I had to add butter at home. ☹️They don’t sell spicy anymore even tho they advertise it !None of their “meals” come with sides so you HAVE to purchase them @ 5.99 everything on their menu is OLD so they act like you know what they have and what they don’t .They don’t restock anything two months ago they didn’t have plates or cups and still don’t .the location doesn’t get busy like that so that’s just bring cheap.2 of the same women always sitting down whenever I come or have been there.the customer before was being loud and annoying BUT when she did ask if they had this the register guy didn’t know so he asked the older Hispanic lady shouting NO NO we do not have that! They said they wouldn’t be back🤷🏽♀️Oh and they go from station to station to register with no gloves I made sure to ask my guy to put some on respectfully..my first time there the drink machine was working I remember makin a Grape Fanta now I figure it doesn’t work bc they don’t want it to.Hispanic lady opening spoons eating behind counter … like what is this?? Home or a restaurant?This location is okay when certain employees work and that’s kinda sad to say but 🤷🏽♀️It’s true..TODAY was a miss, for starters LITERALLY every time I come here the Young Hispanic lady has a sour attitude and should be cooking instead of doing drive thru she repeatedly talked or tried to talk rudely to my partner when we wanted to know about the 14.99 deal she asks does it come with sides. ? Her response NO it’s just chicken Why do you think it’s 14.99?? And it wasn’t just what she said but how she said it and I wouldn’t even trust her to make my food cause she gives off spiteful vibes then the chicken we did get 2can done for 8.99$We got three awkwardly big chicken which does make me uncomfortable and two legs for two females atleast the last one asked which we’d prefer instead of just giving us anything.really shows inconsistencies pertaining to the application bc it’s solely about the money they have no regard for customers or anyone who isn’t them ! the chicken was wet oily flour not skin or crust from the chicken wet white flour bc the chicken either didn’t get cooked correctly or it’s been sitting to an extent that it shouldn’t have been served🫤disappointed but this is what happens when you gamble with eating out .the apple pie I shouldn’t have ordered at allthey don’t sell honey at all so even the biscuits taste like bland biscuits bc there’s little to no honey on there which I have no clue why they don’t sell it since it’s been a thing decades ago:/ but ehhh stop by at your own risk hopefully you’ll get one of the nice ones .

The GOOD: Nice Staff, they are only doing what they’ve been paid to say and do.
Chicken is still good… And that’s where it ends…
Now the BAD: First off, the Church’s location in Stockbridge is closed, so in this area Morrow is the only one local. So now when I order Spicy Chicken, Lo and Behold… They don’t sell Spicy Chicken, HUH? Just plain fried. Was told that they don’t have a demand for Spicy Chicken; Since When?
Now that the Stockbridge location that did sell Spicy chicken is closed, you will probably have more requests, but apparently that won’t make them change the menu at Morrow, problem is that you’re a franchise that advertises on franchised posters and menus that you HAVE spicy, and yet you don’t.
So I also order a large Okra, well that is severely a disappointment, $5.00 for 6.00 ounces, that equates to $1.20 an ounce, and picture shows the lacking. (YES, I scaled them)
So now, let’s move onto the biscuits, they are always on point. Just don’t ask for butter and honey packets, they don’t carry them. When asked why, NO ONE asks for those items? And I said, but you used to have them and they said that if it doesn’t move, then they don’t carry them.
What is happening at this location? It looks like we’ll be looking for another location for Spicy chicken, and I really doubt that they won’t have anyone asking about it, as they have said… Just expect the least amount for your dollar at this location, and whomever owns this franchise is severely out of touch with this...

I'm new to the neighborhood maybe about 3 months now and we visit this Churches quite often because it's less than a mile away, however it never fails that atleast once or twice a week they WILL DEFINITELY FORGET SOMETHING IN MY ORDER,, I don't fuss and I'm usually pretty polite about it, but today the young man stated specifically that what he left out was included, But as sure As I got home it wasn't included, aggravate at yet another time I have to go bck for an Item they forgot to include. I catch the young man attention and let him know the mistake that was made and this time I asked for and extra side for my trouble because I'm tired of having to do double time and never getting anything for it. A lady name HOLLY (MANAGEMENT SUPPOSEDLY)says you can hv a drink and I explained a drink came with my order therefore I didn't need 2, and she says that's all she can do for my trouble. So I just left out with my cold food and went back home. I'm a business owner and I know you can do better than that. It was your mistake and you can't fork over a small side for the trouble and hassle,,, that's SAD THAT THIS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EQUATES TOO THESE DAYS!!
