Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Georgia

We paid $18.00 for two four piece chicken finger baskets and a buy one get one for $.80 blizzard. We initially asked for a grasshopper blizzard which is one they used to carry a few years ago and when we realized it was not on the menu, we corrected ourselves by asking for the Oreo mint blizzards. We got to our house five minutes away, and the little amount of fries they actually gave us were disgusting and inedible. The chicken we ate but it tasted like the bad tenders you get from six flags. The toast was like chewing on a tire. The blizzards were melted and spilling over the cup all over the place. Then I realized there were yellow cookie bits and barely any mint flavor and no chocolate. So we drove back because I wanted my mint Oreo blizzard and walked in and the owner was standing at the counter and before I said anything he just said grasshopper. I said yes that’s what we said initially but you don’t carry that anymore so we changed it to mint Oreo. I asked what the cookie bits were because if it was actually the grasshopper it should have been graham cracker but it wasn’t. It tasted like nilla wafers. He couldn’t actually answer my question he just kept saying it was what I ordered so I walked out because I wasn’t going to argue with him. Will not be going back to...

Stopped by the drive thru and I ordered a “Mini Oreo blizzard with chocolate ice cream”. Got to the window and paid and the guy handed me a “Medium Oreo signature blizzard with vanilla ice cream and fudge”. I told the guy this wasn’t what I ordered and told him what my order was, miscommunication happens and I wasn’t upset about it, but his response to me telling him that wasn’t my order was him gaslighting me. He’s like “you ordered a medium” and I told him, I did not, I ordered a mini Oreo blizzard with chocolate ice cream. And he looked at me crazy and said “well I already made it”. And I showed him the cup and told him this it vanilla ice cream and fudge that I don’t want, I just wanted chocolate ice cream and Oreos in a mini. And so I just told him to give me a refund because of the attitude and the back and forth. Then he took my ice cream and walked away without saying anything. Then a woman and 2 other men came and was staring at me mad hard, and the lady helped me get a refund. But I feel like this really could have been avoided with a simple, “oh my bad I thought I heard a medium, let me fix that for you”. Honestly there’s a DQ 10 minutes down the street, save yourself...

After finding multiple hairs in my wife's gravy. We called and complained atleast 20 times. I called from my cell phone 5 times and 5 times from house phone from 8-9. After calling back to try and get my meal replaced the owner was terribly rude and refused to replace the meal and said that it was my fault that I should of called. Me and my other half work as general managers in fast food we know there are customers that complain about anything and everything so we do our best to not complain at all but in this situation he should of apologized and just offered to remake the 8$ meal and they wouldn't get picture proof that they have hair all in their food. If you eat here Please check your ice cream and your food they don't/nor care to wear covers for facial hair. I'd be shocked if this is the only thing that's wrong with their food tbh.
