i ordered a pizza and some wings online today. i called in to ask to have my wings extra crispy because there isnât an option for that online. i picked up my food, came home, and the wings were extremely chewy. i drove back and told the cashier at the counter and he was very nice and told me the problem would be fixed. i asked him if i could get all flats hoping that maybe it would cook faster and be crispier as opposed to flats and drums. i told him i would pay the upcharge if there was one and he said it was fine, which i appreciated. i saw him walk to the line and inform a lady of the problem. she seemed to have a bad attitude or maybe just having a bad day. nonetheless, i could feel her complete lack of concern from across the restaurant. the cashier told me it would take about ten minutes (they were only throwing my wings that i brought back into the oven, not even making new ones) and i said that was fine, i wasnât in a rush. ten minutes went by and i got my wings and they werenât all flats. just the same exact ones i gave them back. at this point i was tired of having my food messed up so i just left and ate four flats and gave the rest to my dog. worst $8 ever spent but a good thing did come out of this: i learned to never order anything from this dominos again until they hire some new people who know how to work in a customer-service related job. iâve been a server for six years so i know what this entitles. i shouldâve at least gotten my money back for my...
   Read moreI HATE leaving negative reviews, but here we go. Ordered at 7:14 for curbside delivery. Was advised via the tracker it would be ready between 7:52-8:02 for pickup. Arrived at 7:52 for pick-up and "checked in." 8:07...still nothing. I called at 8:09 and was told that "my pizza was 2nd in line to go into the oven." Uhh.. huh?! I was confused by this being that at this time, I am here 7 min after the latest promised pick up time. The employee on the phone informed me that "sometimes the app does that.. doesn't update the time.. " I sat quiet for a second.. "okay, well, I'm here at the time Dominos told me to be." He responded with, "yeah it will be about another 15 min." I've already paid at this point so waiting for a refund on my card would be more of a hassle, if anything like the process of simply getting said pizza. So we wait. Pizza comes out at 8:30. She forgot the coke, had to run back in since we advised her. Got home and realized the 2 sauces that I was charged for to dip the bread sticks in were left out. đ If that wasn't enough to drive you insane. The pizza was PAPER THIN! Legit, thin crust, but mush.    Read moreThe food here has always been good and the staff really friendly and I ordered from this location consistently for years, but I havenât returned in months since my last visit because of the poor food handling habits of the staff. It was a busy Saturday evening and the orders were a bit behind. Not a problem; it gave me the opportunity to sit inside and wait, where I noticed some pretty disgusting food handling: 1) Staff boxing the pizza dropped a spatula being used on the floor and picked it up to use again (until my husband pointed it out and asked him to change it); 2) Staff at the boxing location frequently touched his hair, scratched his face and neck and touched his AirPods while handling the food; 3) Staff walked in from outside after making a delivery and immediately went to one of the food prep stations without washing her hands. 4) Items were picked up from the floor without staff washing their hands afterwards. I couldnât give them the lowest rating because everyone is really nice here and my orders have always been accurate.
