I've been patronizing this Domino's location for years, mainly because it's convenient to my house. Even though the service has been slipping in recent months (things like getting my order wrong, or overcooking the pizza, or trying to shortchange me when I paid for my pizza), I still ordered from them because of the convenience. Today, when I picked up my pizza, I asked for a packet of crushed red peppers. I've never, ever been to a pizza restaurant or takeout of any brand that didn't provide crushed red peppers for your pizza. Until today, when I was informed that they would gladly sell me a tiny container of crushed red peppers for a dollar. When I complained to the employee who had taken my money, another guy behind the counter rudely told me that he was the manager and that was their policy now and if I didn't like it, I could go elsewhere. I asked him for a card or something with contact information for the franchisee, because I feel like he or she deserves to know why a long-time, regular customer is making the decision to never darken the doors of that Domino's again. "I don't give out that information," was all the "manager" (and I use that term VERY loosely) would say. Sorry Domino's, but there are much better places to get a much tastier pizza for customers to put up with such nickel-and-diming of their customers that they charge for a common condiment, which, BTW, costs at Sam's Club A PENNY! for a packet. That would be like McDonald's charging for ketchup for their burgers or for salt for their fries....
Read moreOver the years we have ordered from here a lot! And by a lot I mean you could literally cover a lot if you laid all the pizzas side by side. Quality is almost always good and the app makes it simple. However, for years now we have had Jorge making our pizzas. Now, some Kevin guy is listed on the app. Huh? What happened to Jorge? Now, I order my pies, and watch the app to make sure Jorge is going to be listed as my pie chef. But noooo! Now, it’s “Kevin”! What’s really going on up there? What did you do with Jorge? Don’t get me wrong, I still order, even more often just hoping Chef Jorge’s name will pop up on my screen, and again and again I am disappointed all the way through the cooking process, to the “out of the oven” notification and all the way up until my pie arrives by some happy, smiling, extra-polite delivery person... Then it happens, I bite into that pie and can’t help but forgive them for “offing” Jorge. I will keep ordering and enjoying the pizza, but I wish they would just...
Read moreI ordered a specialty pizza, the meatzzz. I added and paid for extra cheese and a 20 ounce sprite. They driver said she the tip wasn't on there so I gave her cash. I closed the door sat down opened the box to find this cold hideous mound of crap that wasn't the pizza I ordered and I hate mushrooms on pizza. I immediately called, and called, and called, and called, they will not answer they phone. I'm pissed and sad because I was robbed by a company that I enjoyed ordering from multiple times. Now I can't trust them and can't understand why people want to mess over there job then complain when they don't have one. The manager knows they will not answer because another store called and told the manager a customer was calling and they still will not answer as if wanting what I paid and tipped twice for makes me the problem.
