While the food was good the service at the store was TERRIBLE. I placed my order on line for a small thin crust cheese pie with a Philly Cheese Steak sub. The sub was fine, however, the pie was made as hand tossed. I took the pie back to the store (I made it to my road before checking - when will I ever learn!). When I got to the store, the current working employee was talking to who I think was a employee that was not working at the time (based on street clothes) that was behind the counter. I stood there until I made a noise and the on duty person glanced over and meandered over and claimed not to hear the door chime (funny I'm deaf and where hearing aids and I heard it). I explained that I ordered a thin crust pizza and I got a hand tossed. He said "We don't offer the thin crust in as a small pizza". I said I placed the order on line and it Domino's didn't offer it like that the web site should state that or not allow the order to go thru. In either case I needed a thin crust pie. He started to do something with the computer and turned to walk back to the prep area saying "It's 3 dollars more but I'll let you have it" in the most sarcastic manor that I have heard from another person in a long time. I said "I don't care about that cost I just wanted what I ordered. When the pizza was ready, he slid it on the counter without a word. His attitude was nothing short of RUDE! I will be stopping by and talking to the manger and letting him know just how his night person was acting. I'm sorry...
Read moreHorrible!! Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. My husband went to pick up and brought them home. He made the mistake of not checking the pizzas before he left the store. Both are burnt beyond recognition! One of the pizzas was a spinach and feta cheese. 6 tiny pieces of spinach was on the entire pizza! SIX!! I called the store and asked for either a refund or a remake. I was told that the general manager wasn't in so a refund was not possible and if I wanted a remake it would be at least an hour and then the employee, who said she was the assistant manager, hung up on me. I called back and was immediately put on hold. I held for 9 minutes and finally hung up. About 20 minutes later, this person called me back and said, "I told you to hold." Really?? Then asked if I wanted a remake or a refund. I told her that I couldn't wait an hour and earlier she said she wasn't able to give me a refund. Guess what?? All of a sudden she was able to cancel the transaction and refund my card. Wow! What an awful experience. No more Domino's for us...at least not from this location! Oh, how I wish I would have taken pictures so I could show everyone just how horrible these 2 pizzas looked. If you like burnt pizza, lack of toppings and terrible customer service, this place...
Read moreI had two credits on my account from Domino's one for $18 and one for $22. Both for previous mistakes on the orders. I was told I had to call into the store to use the credit. I called in the store today to use the credit. I thought I was talking to the store; apparently, I was talking to the call center in India ; the person on the call center was so BAD I had to repeat my address to the person who clearly didnt understand English. I had to repeat my address about 15 times. I told the person I had a credit they completely ignored what I was saying I gave them the order for my pizza. I had to repeat my Pizza order 30 times.
