BEST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! 100 PERCENT RECOMMEND!!! This is not even the closest location to me, but I am more than willing to drive further to receive this type of EXCEPTIONAL experience and top tier service again and again! They have restored my faith in fast food breakfast and coffee, they were so kind and so receptive! I could tell they listened to my every word with so much care and I have not experienced that at past Dunkin Donuts locations or even restaurants in general, because I always order my meals without cheese and, in my experience. That request alone always warrants me to have to get out of my car and go inside, because I’ve usually been ignored by the staff or simply overlooked. NOT at this location, they are the VERY first Dunkin Donuts to EVER get my order 1,000 correct on the FIRST TRY! I’m so grateful for the amazing experience I received at this location and will for SURE be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. I hate having to go to this place it's on my way to work, so it's convenient, but I'm actually going out of my way now to avoid this place. They never get the order correct, and it's always in their favor money wise. They don't give receipts, so you don't catch it. I order hot coffees. They ring me out for ice, which cost more, and then when you kentuon it They apologize but don't refund you. They have done this to me at least 5 times. Then when they mess up am order like the other day and give me the wrong food they tell me I have to drive around again and pay the difference making me go back on a long line I already did and pay for there mess up. Instead of just correcting the order on the spot. Then they blamed the issue on the cost of food going up instead of they didn't listen and gave me the wrong item. There linea are long they are not nice. This place is the worst. I'm just 1 person they lost, but if they keep this up, it could cost more. Probably one of the worst places to order food from. This has happened so many times that I honestly lost count. I order a drink with either espresso or get an extra shot. The drink they give me is literally milk and sweetener. The drink they give me is white. There is not a hint of anything else. Americano, one day they gave me just water, milk, and sweetener. How can you do the same thing over and over. I am genuinely thinking these guys are trying to save money by trying to give us no espresso or people would not notice. How can you mess up every single order? I rather this location be closed, that way I will not be tempted to even think about coming here. It is so sad I literally live 1 minute away and I rather drive 5 minutes to a different Dunkin.
