RACIST, RUDE, & No manners. I first walked in looked around at the sweet items in the front then the cashier stood there like she was going to take my order then when I started saying what I wanted she laughed and walked away. Another team member came up and said “No English” which is understandable given the name of the establishment but the same girl who was there at first went to the back and started making MONKEY NOISES (I am African American) if I wasn’t big pregnant and hungry I would’ve reciprocated the same energy back but the second cashier was very nice and tried to communicate with us. I was just here 5 minutes ago and had to leave empty handed because the service was THAT bad. Came to buy a cake and asked the lady (really wish I would have got her name) what it had inside and she said something about strawberries my dad didn’t understand so he asked her to explain and she did a nasty look at him and repeated herself in a really rude manner as if he was stupid. It upsets me that this place allows their workers to have a nasty attitude toward their clients. NOT the first time an incident like this has happened with the SAME women. Bad customer service. I was totally ok with the crowding. Overall they say the whole in the wall restaurants are they best...But with the customer service jeez they did not even give us a chanceto order. We asked for a couple of drinks and were told that they could only sell us a medium with no reason why when we explained to them we would pay for it a Large the cashier very rudely responds we can't the machine will get messed up if we give you a large and we are not going to make anymore today. with that service we asked the lady to go ahead and cancel our order and we left.
