Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I arrived at Little Casears right when I got off of work at 10:23pm. I went to the drive thru window however no one was coming to the window even though I could see two employees walking. I then went to the door and the signed said opened, however the door was locked. Myself as well as a another customer looked in our phone to see what time they closed and it said 11pm. The other customer stated he had already paid for his pizza online, so he didn't know what to do. I pounded on the door and finally a worker came and asked if I placed an order online and I stated no. She asked the other gentlemen and he stated yes and she let him in. She then told me that they were closed. I asked what time did they close and she said 10:30pm and closed the door. I got back in my car and looked at the time and it was 10:27p.m! I went back to the door and knocked on it and the customer inside had to tell the worker that I was still standing there and then she finally came and opened the door. She preceded to tell me that they were cleaning and getting ready to close so that's the reason they didn't want to take any orders. She let me place my order which she stated she only had a pepperoni pizza so I took that. When I got home I noticed how cold and nasty the pizza was. I'm highly dissatisfied! I will not be returning to this location and management needs to be aware of...

I came into your establishment today, Sunday, August 24th and my purchase was tendered at 3:44 pm. The first issue was lack of greeting when I entered. The 2 young men seemed more concerned with each other, than me, as a customer. I placed an order for CHESSE crazy puffs. While waiting, I used the soda vending machine and selected grape soda. I was vended a Diet Pepsi, which isn’t even an option on the machine. I let the Black gentleman with locs, know and he shrugged and said there wasn’t anything he could do. I was upset, but decided to let it go. This can be viewed on your cameras.

I got home with my order and bit into my CHEESE puffs only to discover PEPPERONI inside. As a MUSLIM woman this was infuriating and disrespectful. I don’t have to state my faith when ordering, for my order to be correct. I immediately returned to the store and asked for names and the only name offered to me was “Terry,” who is supposedly the manager. I have video of my experience when I returned. The only person that expressed any form of regret was a young lady that had just started her shift. She retuned my money, but that doesn’t seem to be enough and I am fully prepared to take as much action as possible to rectify this. I fully expect a response...

I'd give even more stars if I could for the service there. I went in 03/19/16 and it seemed like they might have been understaffed or had more guests than usual but there were quite a few people waiting for food. I hadn't called in or anything so I expected a wait (for no reason because I've never had to wait for the hot and ready pizza). A man came in and from the time he was there to the time he left he was completely rude to every person who worked there because he didn't understand that sometimes in life you have to wait for your food....it might not be ready when you get there....and you should know your order, and if you don't know it don't yell at the poor person working for not being able to read your wife's mind. (it was a vegetarian, supreme, cheese, and pepperoni...the only reason I know was because he called his wife to ask and each of them repeated it about 4 times and he still couldn't remember). Long story short the people who work there handled it all incredibly well! And they were still able to get everyone else's pizza while dealing with the awful man. Again, very impressed with the service here!!!!!!! No one should ever be talked to or about like that man...
