I will NEVER order from Jersey Mike’s again!! I ordered online and why it assumed I would want to order from a store almost 2 hours away is beyond me but it suggested Milledgeville as a store. I went in and changed the store to Fury’s Ferry in Augusta where I live and somehow it still went through to the Milledgeville store. So the one here is no help and tells me I have to just call the store to cancel so I do 6 times with no answer!!!! I put in a request with customer service at 2 PM today and heard nothing back so here I am at home 5 hours later and the Milledgeville store calls to tell me my order is still waiting. You don’t answer 6 calls and take 5 hours to even remind me I have an order? So I explained to her yes it was a mistake and what happened and that I tried to call 6 times her only response is that well she wasn’t there at 2 PM. She then tells me because It is online she cannot cancel it. What kind of sense does that make??? The website specifically instructs you to call the store to cancel!!!! So I’m stuck paying $24 for a sub and drink. No thank you,...
Read moreNormally, I eat at Subway, but since my wonderful experience at the Jersey Subs in Macon on Riverside Drive, this is definitely where I will be going for my sub fix. The Club Sub #8 was perfectly made and the bread was so fresh that I finished it in the car while my daughter was driving. I went there on 1/31/24 around 4 p.m., it could have been a little earlier than that, but the service was absolutely great. Since I’ve only eaten at Jersey Mike once or twice, I did not know what I wanted, so the staff was very patient and accommodating, especially, the Caucasian boy that cut my meat and the African American girl with the dreads that fixed my sandwich. I live in Milledgeville and wish we had that level of great customer service. The food was so fresh and good, I will always stop there to get my sub fix every time I visit the new mall, which is in a perfect location by the way. Thanks Jersey Mike’s Riverside location in Macon for such an amazing experience, I sincerely appreciate at because it doesn’t happen that often in this day and age!

I’ve worked as a manager in multiple food service establishments — and this has always been a HUGE no-no everywhere I’ve ever worked because it projects a “you’re not welcome” kind of vibe. Consequently, this has become a huge pet peeve of mine. Not wanting to be a nuisance — because the employees were clearly ready to get out of there — I did not go in. I’ll definitely give Jersey Mike’s another try, but this was not a great first impression from a...
