First time ever eating at this chain. My fiance & I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to simply take our order. The younger gentleman kept talking to a customer and would stop making the sandwich, he also couldn't tell anyone what was on the subs they wanted to order. My sandwich actually had to be taken by the customer in front of us because they didn't make one for him. More & more customer's are lining up & a young woman looks into the office & asks someone in there to come out & help. My $8.65 sub consisted of 3 THIN slices of cheese, 3 THIN slices of beef, & 3 THIN slices of pepperoni. The young gentleman had asked a customer what type of bread he wanted, the guy said white & the kid says "Good! Cause that's all we've got." It took us a good 25 minutes to get subs! That were quite frankly NOT worth the price! The service at this store is HORRIBLE, & i will NOT be going to any Jersey...
Read moreMy wife goes into the Flowing Wells Rd location in Augusta Georgia and waits for a few minutes for help-at about 10 till 9 an employee rudely acknowledges her and advises her that they closed at 9pm - she surprisingly lets the employee know that at the time that she finally acknowledged her being there it was still 10 minutes to closing-the employee then states that they were cleaning up and all out of bread and she was going to have to leave. Really?? The employee treated my wife like crap and extremely rudely! There is a right way and a wrong way to customer service and this was definitely wrong!! I told the cashier “I’m waiting on another sub....” he yelled “she’s waiting on her sub!” I then said “I’m wasnt finishes speaking.... I’m waiting on another sub but it seems she’s putting tomatoes on my sub when I asked for none.” He replied “I only dress the subs. I have nothing to do with the grill!” I said “what? You work here. You can’t tell her I asked for no tomatoes?” He responded “well I’m new.” I said “you’re response was terrible I don’t care if you’re new or not!” I hate being the angry customer but that was ridiculous!
