I normally do not write reviews, but I have been to this Little Caesar Pizza on Salem Road too many times and experienced bad service. I have come to the conclusion that it is not the workers fault, but the management! 1. Most of the time they will make you wait. 2. The making of the pizzas are not consistent. 3. If you call in to place an order they will not fix it in time before you arrive, OR they will give your order to someone else who comes in and orders what you did. 4. When you pay for an order, they will quote you 15 min, but you will end up waiting closer to 25 to 35 min. If you walk outside, or go to your car, they will give your order to someone else and have you wait again. 5. The manager (heavy set black lady) seems to be friendly, kind and happy on some days, BUT on other days she can be short with people, and unprofessional. 6. The workers work extremely slow. They many times have side conversations going which causes them to stay behind. 7. Workers who are not scheduled to work, will sometimes show up and carry on conversations with those working. They have even carried the conversation from the front area where customers are standing to the back where their making pizzas. Don't get me wrong, the workers are not rude to the customers, many of them are just lacking in speed, punctuality, and customer service skills. THIS FALLS ON MANANGEMNET! The manager listed above, as well as a couple others I have seen running shifts, all operate the same. I managed a pizza place for a few years, and have experience in management from other places. All of this can be corrected with proper training! However, I truly believe the management team needs to be retrained or replaced. Again, this is not the workers fault. They are operating at the level they have been taught was acceptable... I have no idea how they have at least 3 stars. Then again, I have been going there for about 10 months since I moved to Salem rd., and am just now writing a review. If I go to this Little Caesars 10 times, 6 to 7 out of the10 would be what I described. It is more "miss" than "hit". I many times decided to drive the extra 15 min out to the Little Caesars on 278 in Covington, to avoid being disappointed. The one on 278 is very professional, quick, and the pizzas are consistent. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE (I don't mean to be rude or bash the place, I believe the workers are there to work, but the retraining of management and staff is needed...

Great job!!
I just received the WORST customer service from an employee by the name of Prince. I asked for a pepperoni, ICB and crazy combo. Prince misheard me and gave me a total of ten dollars and some change to which I asked for the order to be repeated. Afterwards I advised the order was incorrect and Prince shakes his head mumbles some words and then says āI asked youā to which I replied āand you misheard me, how can we fix itā. Prince then out of frustration says āman imma go get the manager as he storms off he whispers to an employee (obscenities) that I will refrain from writing.
The manager James approaches offers no apologies or even acknowledgement of the situation asks me to repeat my order and tells me 10/15 minutes.
I came in the restaurant at 630 (reciept states 637) this should be time when pizzas are hot in ready. I watched 4 people come in after me get remotely the same thing but not be forced to wait.
I held my composure in order to feed my children, however, once we made it home (5 mins away) the food was made poorly and I do feel it was intentional. The pizza was not all the way cut nor the cheese bread and they both didnāt have nearly as much cheese as I normally see on an extra most bestest pep. The sauce cups that are being given have a corner of sauce in them (very disappointing). Perhaps you should downsize the cups because after watching a few patrons request a full sauce cup (with the same corner) I knew it would make no difference to put in my own request.
I normally Uber this order and have no problems other than the wait. After going in person I will avoid your establishment all together and share my experience with my peers to discourage them from spending money with a company who thinks so little of its patrons.
I would have posted the pizza and breadsticks but after waiting 30 minutes on the food. The kids...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām currently sitting inside the location on Salem Road in Covington, GA, where I came to maybe a week ago to pick up a pizza then as well. I didnāt have a mask with me and I was told I didnāt have to have one. Tonight I ordered my food and sat down to wait when suddenly an employee came to the register and said with an attitude (and in front of several other customers), āMaāam do you not have a mask AT ALL?ā As if I had already been asked or had something said to me tonight, which I had not. I answered no, and she turned around huffing her breath, went and grabbed a mask, and said, āOkay here you go,ā so I told her that Iād already been told I didnāt have to have one on, that it wasnāt mandatory, and she continued to demand with an attitude that I put one on. Let me be clear-if she had asked me using some kind of politeness or manners, I wouldāve been happy to put one on, but instead she had a horrible attitude in front of everyone, which embarrassed me and couldāve potentially instigated an altercation. I really wish businesses trained their employees better and had higher standards like we used to have-in a server at a big corporate restaurant myself and have been in the business for 22 years, and I would NEVER treat a...
