The worst customer service I ever had to experience. The woman who is supposedly a manager, has such a poor attitude and is disrespectful. Food is good but the owners REALLY need to find better employees.

Story time my friend wanted some cake. Got the cake, she did not like the taste of the certain cake , THEREFORE. She asked the man if she can have a different cake. He said sure. Then the women who i guess is the manager jumps in and basically was being rude and was telling my friends that there's nothing wrong with the cake⁰.. and then suggest to my friend to have a refund. FIRST OF ALL how are you going to suggest my friend a refund when you have a policy of no refunds, she wanted another cake and the man was going to give it to her with no issue and SHE was the only one that had an issue. I simply was trying to calm my friend down AND That lady because they started arguing. Then my friend and I was gathering our stuff lady comes to us and said she will call the police , because my friend was being "disrespectful"??? So ofcoure my friend said called them . And I'm telling the lady that she is doing too much we are literally getting our stuff. THEN she followed us outside.like lady youre crazy !. My friend wanted to wait for the police to explain what happen , which she did. Then the "manager" said she don't want either of us coming back and banned !

WARNING: First visit, I’ll never go back to this place. I just left and I’m feeling nauseous. I bought fried oysters and they were spoiled. After eating one, I immediately went to speak to the manager, he showed no concern at all. He didn’t even apologize. I asked for something other than fried oysters and he refused. He said he could only replaced it with more oysters. I asked him would he be using the same batch of oysters and said yes. Why would I want more spoiled oysters? So, I said no. He said he could give me a 15% discount on something else. I knew I wasn’t going to get my money back, so I just left. Also, their menu for 5 friend oysters appetizers are the same price as a oyster meal that comes with 5 fried oysters, fried and coleslaw. Makes no sense. I had to point this out to the person taking my order. They added fries ONLY after I brought this to their attention. Bad service. Bad Attitude. Bad food. Your fabrication of what really happened is unacceptable. Yes, I refused your offer to cook more “spoiled oysters” when you said they were being prepared from the same batch. I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case. The first time I placed an order at this location I got the seafood boil, and it was not good at all. It was watery and tasteless. I said to myself well, maybe it’s just a bad day for someone in the kitchen. No problem I’ll try them again. The second time I placed an order at this location. It was an order to go on when I got home my order was wrong. In addition to the order being wrong, there was some drama happening at the front counter and the customer service personnel was very rude, Meanwhile, whatever was happening had nothing to do with me. Once more against my better judgment, I went to this location again to place a quick order. I said to myself I’m only ordering fish there’s no way they could mess up fried fish. Well, I was wrong. I ask for no powder seasoning on my fish there was powder seasoning. I ordered catfish and tilapia. They gave me whiting and tilapia. When I called the restaurant to inform them that my order was wrong, the young lady tells me that she can only do a remake, I can’t get a refund. I’m totally over it.
