New China — Restaurant in Georgia

Do Not Purchase any Food at this establishment!!! The Owner does not respect the people that patronize this business. If they prepare your food incorrectly they will expect you to pay for it and they will not remake your order. I had a very bad experience at this location on 7/10/17. My order was not correct and I called and informed the owner about the situation. I drove back up to the location and spoke with the owner and he refused to remake my order. These people (owner) do not respect YOU!! They will take your money but will not give you the service and respect that you deserve. I will never make another purchase at this location and I would advise the same for anyone else looking for a food establishment where you are given respect. There is another "New China" in Covington off Hwy 278 that's pretty good. I made the mistake of assuming this would be the same type of food...ITS NOT! Y'all, at a certain point, we just shouldn't allow these restaurants to just give us "any old thing". The low quality of this food, in terms of flavoring and preparation, is unbelievable. I ordered some shrimp fried rice and egg drop soup. The rice seemed low quality to begin with and the shrimp just seemed thrown in, maybe after the rice was prepared. And that's literally it...just rice and shrimp thrown in. No onions or anything else. It's like a kid prepared it. I'm serious y'all! The egg drop soup was bland and lame as well. As long as they're putting out this low quality food, they don't deserve my hard earned money...sorry...too many other...

I just enjoyed this restaurant tonight! I wanted to leave them a review because not only were they so kind to give me a large white rice without exchanging the small that was given to me by mistake BUT they literally have me the best spring rolls I've ever had! My husband said my eyes rolled to the back of my head the minute I took a bite. The spring rolls had the perfect crunch, rolled to perfection and the filling was flavorful and creamy in a way. I'm also very picky about lomein noodles, it's hard to find a take out place that makes them the way I like. The noodles were spot on .
