Let me start with if I could leave NEGATIVE stars, I would. The last time I went to this location, maybe a month or so ago, I got home and was missing part of my order. Didnât complain bc some people have off days. Tonight solidified why I will never go back to this location. I made an online order of almost $50 worth of food, my money was taken from my account, and I was given a pick up time. When it was my pick up window, I drive to this location to see on their window âClosed due to under staffâ with a smiley face. I was FUMING ! I tried to call customer service and it was closed. So angrily, I drove to the Columbia Road location wanting an explanation or a way to fix this. Columbia Road location just earned my business for life. Their manager, Erica and her staff, greeted us with a smile and a helping ear. She made my order on the spot from scratch, made sure I got a refund, and was well taken care of (I had proof of my order and she called the Evans to Locks stores manager to get an explanation). If you want little Cesars NEVER use this location!!! Always go to Columbia Road ! Shout out to Ms. Erica and all her hard work !
Edit to Add: Ms. Ericas location is also understaffed, and the Thomson store she helps with is understaffed, but she made dang sure her customers and the staff she has were...
Read moreI like the Fury's Ferry location the best. Their Pizza is not greasy and the service seems to flow faster. Hot and Ready, which was their introduction to faster Pizza, was what drew me in and truly being a good tasting Pizza...well who could complain? But the Columbia Road Little Ceasars told me I had a 45 minute wait...I was like WOW! MAYBE they should remember their slogan. The one in North Augusta...greasy beyond belief and always "pull up and wait"... obe time i wanted a deep dish everything and the cashier said, "We cant do those...because we have to add a dollar per ingredient, and I don't know how to do that"...big WOW...Unfortunately, does anyone really care and do managers of this franchise even care? If it weren't for the fact that my grandson will only eat Little Ceasars Pizza...I would just make one at home...which only takes about 15 minutes and I can have any and all toppings I want. But, as any good grandmother...I'll Unfortunately "pull up and wait" at least until my grandsons pallet matures or People of Little Ceasars begin to care...but Cudos to Fury's Ferry...
Read moreI stopped at this location to grab a hot and ready pizza. It was just before 11:00am, and the store opened at 10:30am. I waited at the window for a few minutes before I was finally greeted by the man working there. I asked if he had any pizza's ready and he said he had a couple of pepperoni pizzas coming out of the oven. He walked away and I assumed he was grabbing one for me. I waited another 10 minutes before I saw him walk to the front, and then walked passed the drive through window without saying a word to me. At that point I knocked on the window to ask I'd he could give me a time frame to when the pizza would be ready, since he had told me over 10 minutes ago that he had multiple pizzas that were out of the oven and at that point I had already been waiting for 15 minutes and I was in a hurry. He said he wasn't sure and that he was told they would be coming out shortly.
I don't appreciate being lied to. All I needed was an honest answer and the worker refused to give it to me.
I will not be returning to...
