Ordered a large pepperoni and spinach for delivery. I was less than a mile away from the store's location, and was given a time estimate of 35 minutes. An hour later I called wondering where my pizza was, and it showed up ten minutes after that. With double the delivery time, I call and inquire as to what took a So long with me being less than a mile away. I received lots of apologies and a promise of a free large pizza with my next order. A week later I call a store close to me, I'm at a different location, and they say they don't have it in their system and that I need to call the store mentioned above and get them to transfer the order or call them. Well I try to accomplish this, but I speak to the manager of the store that took double the delivery time, and he is very angry and denies that this free large pizza is even on my account, after his employee just told me it was, and requires that I tell him who I spoke with on the phone that gave me a free large pizza. It was a week ago and I didn't remember the girl's name, and so he refused to send a simple phone call to the store closer to me at the time and inform them that I had the coupon. False promises are always a bad sign. I've ordered only Marcos for the past year and this put me off to the entire chain. I don't recommend...

Well I messed up and tried again. Exactly the same thing, ordered online had my son stop to pick it up and guess what? We don't have the order. Here is the information from the order just to prove it!!!!!!!!!

ZERO STARS. R* took my order and was rude from the start but I ignored his poor customer service skills - figured he was just a 16 year old kid with a bad attitude. I asked him if this location delivers to the address provided, he said probably. I asked again just to confirm and he said "well, you're in my zip code so yeah..." I placed my order. R* calls 20 minutes later to tell me they couldn't take my order because I called the wrong store. I had asked twice if I had the right place so, of course, this upset me. I told him that he needed to improve his customer service skills because adults don't act this way. Really, he could have taken one extra minute of his time to confirm the address. Don't all delivery places do this? He then tells me he's the manager and a 52 year old man with a masters in accounting. What a joke. There is NO excuse to treat customers as if they are a waste of your time. I love Marco's Pizza in general and I'm so thankful that this awful location is not near me. I understand people have bad days so I never give bad reviews but he wasn't even polite when he had to admit he was wrong. He had the "so what" attitude just as he did when I initially called. Sad.
