I want you all aware of the management at Marco’s pizza. There’s a location in Buford inside of the Kroger plaza with a blatantly rude owner. So today was the last day for an ongoing promotion for a free large pizza and they had sent out letters that were apparently one letter per address and somehow I ended up getting two of them. So I go in with the two letters I had and ask to use them. As SOON as I get in, some worker there starts telling me how there’s no way I would have gotten two and there’s no way I can use both. I try to explain how I did on fact get two of them and how on the coupons it does not say that it limits one per person. Not letting me talk or explain, the owner tried instead to defend herself. So I grab a friend to order the pizza herself and immediately the same worker starts literally YELLING from the back that we can’t use the coupon! All the while, the owner is standing there saying she doesn’t hear him saying anything. We ask her if she thinks it’s okay for her to let her employee talk to us that way and she shrugs and explains how so many customers try to pull one over on her and how it’s her hard earned money the pizzas come from. That’s great, DEBRA, but don’t lump us as one of those customers. She then had us show our licenses to check that we lived separately and then we came to find out that because a friend had ordered pizzas for me at my address, the computer sent out two coupons to my address. And with her knowing that hi hello, there WAS a mistake on her part as I said, she still didn’t apologize or acknowledge her mistake. She played the victim the entire time. Not only did she not apologize on her coworkers behalf, she didn’t apologize in general. Meanwhile, they continued to talk about us and the situation while they made our pizzas. I called several times and was assured by what must have been every employee working, including the manager, that it was on its way. Kids went hungry until after 10pm. Swore I'd never order from this location again. Started ordering from the Flowery Branch location and they've not let me down yet.
Today I saw a coupon for 20% off at the Hamilton Mill location and decided to give them another try. What a mistake. Online order said it would be 45 minutes. Called at an hour in and was told it would be here in 10 minutes. Called again 30 minutes later. Again assured it was on its way. Pizza arrived about 10 minutes later. Opened the box and no mushrooms on my meat pizza, which I paid extra for. Called back and got the manager on the phone, she was extremely confused at why I was complaining...there are no mushrooms on my pizza, and I paid for them. Why is that difficult to understand? Once she catches on, no offer to reimburse, just asks if I want another pizza. ?!?!? I just told you I waited almost two hours to get this pizza that you couldn't make correctly.
Hung up. I'll never go back. You've been warned. Stay away from this place, poorly run and terrible...
   Read moreI’m giving two stars because I contacted this store to correct an error and there was no resolution only accusations that I was lying. Go to this store very often. I’ve literally never had a bad experience until recently. I figured since I had a familiar face my service would be appreciated. I also tip every time. I ordered a pizza online arrived at the time stated .. ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes only for my pizza to be tough and stiff. I literally live walking distance and when I’m home the pizza is sliding because it’s so hot well that wasn’t the case on 2/9/24. When I say stiff it was like it had been sitting from the time I arrived. I also called the store to let them know the quality of the pizza and the woman who claimed to be the supervisor was very rude and also denied my claims of the rather cold pizza.
