I approached the kiosk to place my order and noticed a male employee walked up and stood across from me staring in a way that made me very uncomfortable and instantly had my boyfriend on edge to say the least. I ignored the obviously awkward situation I just stumbled into and continued to place my order. At this point the employee changed his position to standing against a table behind/adjacent to me. I could still feel him staring at me and eventually my boyfriend openly stated to me that he was becoming more irritated with the way this guy had a fixated stare that was already past "gawking". My boyfriend followed up with saying he should go slap the man in the face. At which point I guess the message had been made clear because after about 15 minutes since I came to the kiosk the man finally walked outside. I submitted my order and was paying with cash so I was instructed to see a cashier. They were busy so I tried to excuse the 20 minute wait at the counter. I know how stressful restaurant work can be. However, my visit to this location became increasingly more disturbing and disappointing as the time passed. When I was finally acknowledged I was told that the ice cream machine was down so items From my order we're gonna have to be voided. So I then ordered frappes to replace a milkshake and mcflurry. The cashier then immediately goes to make the frappes. Mind you I haven't even completed this transaction and I have now been here 35-40 min. After I received the drinks I hand him my money. Another customer needed assistance with his kiosk and the cashier abandoned my order and leaves to help the other customer all the while my money is still in his hand as he moves all about the dining area and I'm still just waiting at the counter .. ok he finally comes back to the counter but not to complete my order. He then attended to the other customers order and processed the payment and still holding my money. I'm just over it at this point and my food is ready so I remind him that I paid him for this order and started to gather things to finally leave. But I will say the employee that bagged up my order provided exceptional service and was the reason I didn't feel entirely forgotten and disrespected. So I do appreciate his reassurance that someone would be right with me and making sure to put my 2 smaller bags into a larger one so that I could carry it because I was honestly struggling to get it off the counter much less out the door and to the car. He also made sure to ask if I needed anything else before I left. He was the only provider of a decent experience during my visit . But it wasnt over just yet. When I went to enjoy my meal I found that the tea was sour as all get out. The frappes were extremely off putting as well. And the fries may have been cooked in oil a bit too old. I just really don't suggest this location to anyone unless the one employee who provided the only decent service I experienced works that day. He was very helpful and attentive with one of those bright kind smiles that helps ease...
Read moreI will never return to this McDonalds!!!! About 6 months ago, I said the same thing when it took 45 minutes to get 2 happy meals. I was almost late for a flight because of it. I decided to give it another try because it was on the way to my destination. Anyway, I should have known there was going to be an issue because upon entering, the floors were super sticky, and we noticed 5 other people waiting for their food with angry looks on their faces, and one man was at the counter demanding to see the manager for a refund because he felt he was waiting too long. After that, the manager was never to be seen again. I asked another patron how long they had been waiting, and he said about 25 minutes at that point. There was no one at the register, so you're forced to use the ordering screens, which is not a problem for me. I ordered 2 small fries and 2 Fanta Braves slushies...an easy order right? Well, not for them. I waited 32 minutes for my order! During the wait, we saw a lady lose her patience and storm out of the store, refund be damned. Their response was to bad talk the lady for the next 10 minutes in front of other customers. They were clearly in the wrong but wanted to argue her down. We also noticed that one of the people preparing the food was also on clean up duty. He went from sweeping the nasty floor, screwing on the bottom of the broom, picking up trash off of the floor, and returning to placing orders in bags. No washing hands, no gloves, and he was sweating like crazy. Luckily, he did not prepare my order. When I finally received my order, I was handed 2 all blue slushies. I asked where the red was and was told, "the cherry machine ain't working". Well, thanks for the heads up!!! No apologies were given. The fries were super hard and burnt because no one removed them from the oil when it started beeping. They were also salt-free because he didn't add salt after dumping them. I asked about salt, and was handed packets of salt instead. (We all know that's not the same.) This location needs new management and an entire new crew who can show pride in the way they carry themselves and pride in the job that they do. The manager of a store should not look and talk less professional than everyone else. They can barely even walk safely in the prep area because there was so much trash on the floor; not to mention, they were tip- toeing around trying not to slip because they had on Crocs. Please, clean up this location!! Some of us are tired of driving across town to McDonald's because this one has such bad customer service and is so...
Read moreI am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your location. As a longtime customer who typically appreciates consistency and speed at McDonald’s, I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service, apparent lack of care for food quality, and a disturbing incident involving my meal that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Poor Customer Service From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was met with unwelcoming and dismissive attitudes from the staff. I waited several minutes at the counter before being acknowledged, and when I finally was, the cashier barely made eye contact, mumbled throughout the transaction, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. There was no greeting, no smile, and no appreciation for my business. The employees behind the counter seemed more interested in their personal conversations than assisting customers, which is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing business. Unacceptable Food Quality When I received my order – a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese – I noticed immediately that it was hastily assembled and visually unappetizing. The bun was squashed, the cheese wasn’t melted, and there was a noticeable mess of condiments spilling out of the wrapper. Even more concerning was the lukewarm temperature of the food, which made me question whether it had been sitting out or under a heat lamp for too long before it was handed to me. If McDonald’s is going to promote its “hot and fresh” guarantee, then this meal was the exact opposite. Disturbing Foreign Object in Food Most alarming of all, I discovered a piece of parchment paper—presumably the separator sheet used between frozen meat patties—still inside my sandwich, wedged between the two beef patties. This is not just a quality control issue, but a potential health hazard. Consuming inedible packaging materials can pose a serious risk, especially to children or those with certain medical conditions. This kind of mistake demonstrates a severe lack of care and attention to food preparation standards in your kitchen. Had I taken a bite without noticing, I could have choked. General Cleanliness and Store Management In addition to the poor food and service, the dining area was dirty and disorganized. Tables were sticky, trash cans were overflowing, and no staff members appeared to be addressing the mess. This further reinforced my impression that management at this location is failing to uphold basic...
