McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

Summary: You sit in line for 30 mins, they took 3 orders from one order box while I was sitting at the other, I get to window and they tell me they are out of one of the items I ordered, but fry's were hot, burger was well made. Ice cream machine always down, one time they even told me "we already cleaned it for the night" it's a 24 hour location I didn't realize that they just clean the machine and stop serving ice cream at a certain hour....

I usually don't leave reviews. I either have to be really Impressed or really upset to leave one... This Mcdonald's is one of the worst I have ever been to. I live nearby so it's convenient but at some point enough is enough. First the order box, I sat at the order box and they continued to take orders from the other order box lane. I actually noticed a dedicated line had gathered in that lane and was moving much faster but I was next to the box in my line so I waited. I sat at the box and they took orders of three cars from the other box while I waited... To add insult to injury I get to the window and they tell me they are out of one if the items I ordered... Okay why couldn't you tell me at the box... only reason why I didn't give one star is the food was made very well, burger was delicious, fry's were hot... But otherwise when I go the typical "ice cream machine is down" or something and one day they actually said "we already cleaned it for the night"... This location needs some serious management and upper management above the managers at this location need to hire managers who could properly manage a crew and the managers needs to hire crew members that knows how to listen to a customer order instead of trying to tell you what you want to order. I came here twice today and got all the way home and had to turn around because the fries were burnt. They remade the food that was not quality food and not just that.. I’m here again and they are saying that one lane is closed but both lanes are loaded with cars waiting and not a cone in sight to make people aware that the lane is close. Some one got out their car just to say the lane is close SMH they did not even have the decency to send someone out to tell the cars that has been waiting that one lane is close. This McDonald’s needs to close until they know how to not keep a line that always stays wrapped around the building all because they are unorganized. It definitely has to be a better way than this. They take forever just to ask if they could take your order when you get to the mic. Something is wrong with this staff at this location. You can’t call because you will never get an answer. This is bad for customers and bad for business. No one should wait this long just to have their food wrong and poor quality. What are these...

We got to this McDonald's at about 10:30pm. It took over an hour to get to the window. First off everyone in there was high as a kite. We ordered 2 bacon Mcdoubles with extra onions, spicy nuggets with a large fry. Sounds simple right? Wrong? The lady at window who we could clearly tell was high off of pills kept giving us a bag with a cookie in it. We said this is not our order. She then says no you ordered a cookie and hands the bag back to us again. We then showed her the receipt and repeated the order to her. Then another guy comes to the window and says this is what you ordered right. We then said again she keeps handing us a cookie and not the food we ordered. He then closes the window and she comes back to the window with another bag 5 minutes later. She said you have a remake right? Its not a remake we never received our order. Then she says well oh this is yours. We received two mcdoubles with no onions and old regular nuggets that tasted like it was picked up next to a trash can, and fries. Im all for people these raises in pay but if you can't come to work sober to make a basic meal then what is the point? If you don't want the job quit and let somebody who wants to work have the job.
