Well, it's getting to the point where I'm no longer going to this McDonald's anymore. They WERE considered top notch. However, in the last few weeks they are a huge disappointment. I have to be honest here. Either the employees are extremely lazy, have special mental needs, or are spiteful individuals who do not want to pregorp their jobs correctly. WHERE AS if I go to a more "suburban" location I never have problems Mywith my order. The order on Sun 8/Feb/19 approximately 12:20 am was completely disorganized and wrong. I ordered four (4) Mcdoubles: All four (4) with no onions. Two (2) with Big Mac Sauce added, small fry, and a large sweet tea. I get one (1) mcdouble with ketchup, one (1) with mustard, one (1) with cheese ONLY (and the ONLY sandwich with cheese on it), AND ONE (1) with pickles. Now I know that if I ask for something specific added, I expect for it to be added. Unless I ask to remove an item, I expect for that item to be there. Cheese on only one sandwich?!?!
This type of service is completely unacceptable. This is fast food at its worst. But with individuals working for you who clearly disregard the integrity of their employment. Should not work at these establishments. This is not the only platform that I will acknowledge thus negligence. See YOUR company will only fail if you comtucon to have lazy negligent people working for you. This location is absolutely terrible. And as I said before, it's sad because this WAS my safety net, because all the other local locations are horrible. I gurss you're trading out your good woekers for their trash. It may be your training policies are being ignored. Something is wrong here. And I advise AVOID THIS LOCATION AT...
Read moreThis is I think the first review I’ve ever done but I have to vent about this god forsaken place. I’ve worked in food service the majority of the past 10 years so I never, ever complain about food or service.... but.... this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been. It’s basically across from my apartment so it’s the quick go-to when I’m in a pinch. I work crazy hours and most times I don’t eat until after my shift. I have lost count of how many times I’ve been to this 24 hour drive through and it’s been closed. Seriously wtf. 9/10 times the burgers are unimaginably greasy, I honestly think they’re throwing them in the fryer instead of on the grill. Once it was so greasy it had my stomach in mad pain. Y’all trying to make people sick? And quite often it just doesn’t taste like McDonald’s food, which is strange because it’s all the same from one store to the next. The manager looks like a slob like he’s living out of his car and hasn’t showered in a long time. And as everyone else has addressed, the wait times are horrendous. It doesn’t matter if there’s 10 cars or 1, expect 5 minutes before they acknowledge your existence, 15 minutes of sitting in line plus another 5-10 waiting on your order. McDonald’s Corp needs to clean house over here. This makes me ashamed of being a McDonald’s shareholder for the last...
Read moreWhy don't service industry workers want to do their jobs correctly? I go in this McDonald's every day and have taken it in stride when the masculine latina manager routinely pretends not to see me at the front counter. Today, someone came to the counter after a few minutes, only to tell me they'll come back to take my order. After 5 more minutes of watching the employee do every conceivable task, I placed the order through the kiosk. After waiting a couple more minutes, I asked no one in particular if anyone could hand me the two cups so I could pour my own drink like I have been for at least a year now. The manager who couldn't be bothered to say "I'll be with you in a moment" decided that I was being "extra." How dare I expect to be able to get two drinks in ten minutes. It's not like it's her job or something. And I know that they completely ignore customers because they want you to use drive thru but I have this weird thing about the person that just took cash putting their ungloved hands inside my cup and all over the lid. You made your point, Jimmy Carter. This customer will be taking his business elsewhere, and so will all the different church groups I'm a part of that either meet at your location or get large breakfast...
