Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

I ordered ahead through the Grubhub app and first thing I noticed was that my chips were barley full not even halfway in the bag. So I ask for more there was a women who gave me dirty looks as I was asking for more and the cashier gave me more chips. But when I sat down to eat my bowl I noticed that my bowl was giving empty. My base was lettuce and no joke there were probably 5 pieces of lettuce inside my bowl. So I went back again and told the cashier that I was missing lettuce and I also mentioned the queso on the inside being not a lot as well. The cashier seems to want to help and explained that they drizzle the queso for the inside and give more for a side. But the same women from before was giving an attitude towards giving me and giving dirty looks just for more lettuce and the cashier was trying to explain that I needed more because it was my base and the women clearly annoyed kind of aggressively grabbed the food and gave me more like it was a piece of treasure she could not let go. This is the worst Moe’s I’ve been to, go off campus and spend your money. Only reason I’ll give it two stars is because everyone but the cashier was pretty chill.

1. why can’t I customize my stack like I can at literally any other location? By the time I sat down and started eating, I realized how tiny of a meal they gave me.

2. Is this location supposed to also be special in the way where it’s the only Moe’s that doesn’t offer a military discount? Been to over 20 locations and every single one honors a military discount.

3. look at the other reviews, apparently it’s more common to have a worse experience than I did

$12 lesson learned today, don’t bother eating here...

They literally give you a palm full of ingredients to the point where I could see the bottom of the bowl because it was so empty. They completely ignore you when you make your order and when you correct them they continue making what they want and pass it down the the register where they give you stale chips and no salsa and when you ask for a drink they get an attitude. This place needs to be closed and replaced with a chipotle or something else because the service is terrible and so...
