Terrible experience tonight. I ordered online and it said my Tavern Pesto Margherita Pizza and Hut Box would be ready in 18 minutes. I showed up at the 18 minute mark. The Hut Box looked good however, upon opening the Tavern Pesto Margherita Pizza I saw that it looked cold, old, all pieces spread way apart AND WITHOUT Pesto. I asked where the Pesto was and complained that the Pizza itself looked terrible and old. So she took the Pizza and came back after I heard them talking in the back about me and the situation...with Pesto added. I asked her if they could remake the Pizza, she got someone else and he said we could remake. Cool! Then the actual manager came to speak to me and said that this Pizza only takes 10 minutes to make and ordering online would probably make it look older/colder upon picking it up at 18 minutes. I let him know that I could hear the employees talking about me in the back and how unprofessional they were being. While waiting for the fresh Pizza, my Hut Box had been placed back inside the heated Pizza holder. After 10-15 minutes, my fresh pizza was ready and when I asked them to retrieve my Hut Box from the heated pizza holder they were actually about to give it to a gentleman at the counter who was paying for his meal! So basically they were about to give MY food to someone else...the customer was over there paying for MY food...that had already been paid! The manager had been standing there and witnessed this whole ordeal from the start and he says "She's new"...no sir...I don't care that she is new...she was literally about to give MY food away and YOU were about to have to remake MY Hutbox because she isn't paying attention. I made sure to tell them that they were ALL young in there, the manager included and they ALL need to step it up! This was ridiculous! I had already told the manager that I was needing to hurry home to feed my toddler...these people love to waste your time. Not only that, but when I had 1st gotten there to pick up my pizzas in the 1st place, I got asked to tip 3 times before I even got my pizzas in my hand! This location is ridiculous. I probably won't ever order from this location ever again. I will say, the manager I spoke with was professional, he was a tall and slender young black male. I did not catch his name. I didn't have an issue with him, but he does need to get this store in order if he's supposed to be managing it. He offered to give me a 2 liter soda for the inconvenience of everything which is nice, BUT this doesn't solve the issue. As for the other staff, after the new girl made the mistakes, the other coworkers and her were all laughing and joking about what had happened. Wasting a paying customers time...

Placed an order online for Carryout, do to the fact that Pizza Hut does not deliver to my address, I had to pickup. I placed the order and headed to the store as it takes about 15mins to get there. I arrive and tell the young lady at the register my name. Doesn't appear my order is ready though it says it should have been ready by 8:08. In walks, I assume the manager, where she states they are shorthanded and are running out of everything. So I tell her I'll go wait in my car for 10 mins. Instead, I go to Food Depot to pass the time and pickup a few items. It's Sunday night and I'm just hoping they have my order soon. In their defense, they attempted to call about 15 mins from the time of my order, but I was already there by then. I return to Pizza Hut, where I am told they are out of Original Pan crust, the whole reason I wanted a Pizza Hut pizza, which they now charge an extra dollar for, but don't have. Lol. So the alternative I'm given is a thin crust. Well, I specifically not only went to Pizza Hut for the crust but even was willing to pay the additional fee for it and your only offer is that I can have thin crust, or I can place another order with the other location 10 mins away after I waited for my order, then drive to that location. So when I ask if a discount can be applied since clearly my whole reason for coming was that specific crust, literally ordered it on all 3 pizzas in spite of the upcharge, and you want me to pay you the same price for Thin Crust or go to another Pizza Hut and start all over again. Worst Customer service ever. No Ma'am, I didn't drive all the way out here to either have to start all over again or get something I did not want there should have been some offer for the huge inconvenience. With Doordash, and so many other restaurant options you would think think they would no better than to waste away customers like that. Anyway, I will go to the other Pizza Hut always going forward. Read more(EDITED FOR GRAMMAR, TIME FRAME: 2 YRS AGO as of 12/4/21) In the last 3 weeks that I have come here -- and I wish I knew the names of the employees to give proper recognition -- these people have been so polite and offer truly exceptional customer service. 2 weeks ago my order came out wrong. I wanted bone-in wings, not boneless. They remade the order and gave me both the fixed order as well as the order that was messed up without any additional costs.
Tonight I ordered about 30 wings which was a combination of bone-in and bone-out. I paid for my order and while I was waiting for my food, I decided to go in to Food Depot for a little shopping. By accident somehow after I'd walked out of the restaurant, they canceled my card. When I'd gotten back they had informed me of the issue and let me know that the money probably wouldn't be back on the card until about 24-48 hours. For the inconvenience, I was just given the food without another worry.
But in all honesty, it's hard to come by a place that will take up for their short-comings and offer a solution to the problem. I wouldn't have minded to reswipe my card to pay for the food, but the fact that they were so considerate about the delay of the reimbursement of my funds among other things really says something about the way they operate there.
