SanChe’s Eatery — Restaurant in Georgia

My rating is solely based on the food I did not dine in ordered delivery. First I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, banana pudding & Mac and cheese. Such a waste of money! The Philly cheesesteak was clearly steakumms, that fake frozen meat you find at the store, with frozen precut veggies. Seasoning was minimal. The cheese had no flavor definitely wasn’t white American or provolone which normally comes on a cheesesteak, seems as if they used some sort of processed cheese. The fries where oily and soggy. Lastly the $7 macaroni is a joke at least if y’all are going to serve boxed macaroni dress it up. I could look at it and tell but the taste and lack of actual cheese definitely gave it away. Oh and the banana pudding it was hot so if that’s your cup of tea go for it definitely not worth $8 though very little containers. Looked nothing like the picture. After not trying this restaurant and being skeptical I finally did & 😂😂😂I should’ve just kept my money. So now I’m telling y’all so you can keep yours too. Folks in these reviews lying because my whole meal 0 out of 10.

Edit: I actually left this review in 2023 I’m not sure why Google says 3 months ago. Everything you said is invalid as shit and y’all are clearly in your feelings because your food was nasty asf like I said. If you didn’t like my review simply don’t respond you have that right but you cannot tell me my experience. I wouldn’t waste my own money to lie the food was nasty like I said but instead of having professionalism like any real restaurant would you come back and accuse me of lying. Lol I wish I had seen this 3 months ago so I could’ve replied then. God bless yall though you clearly need it oh and here’s the proof since I was so called lying....

I placed my order and received a portion of my order. When I waited for the business to reopen and express what happened, I was told that it was the delivery service error, in which it was not and the male proceeded to inform me that he prepared my order and I must have been completely blind because ONLY one of my combos had fries. My notice to the establishment must be trivial since the male stated; "If you want to stop by, I can give you fries". Not so much about the item but about properly servicing customers. The wings weren't fried hard as requested and resulted in food that was not to my liking. When money is spent for a service, that service should be rendered properly. I definitely wanted to give Sanche's a better score, so in the future when I visit again I'll post with a different rating. But for what it's worth I paid approximately $18.36 for a wing combo (no drink) and left a $2 tip. I got 10 normal sized flat wings with a small portion of fries. Needless to say I was definitely still hungry and a little disappointed honestly. As far as the food goes, the wings were good. For taste they get a score of 7/10, I had better. The fries were nothing special but were fresh and unseasoned, 6/10. Other than that its a nice little spot for night outs with that special someone if you looking for a place with loud music and late night scenery.

Owner response reply: It was my first time here at this particular restaurant so I didn't know what I was suppose to get unfortunately. The "plain wings" I received were still seasoned, which is why I mentioned they were good. For the price of $18.36 I could do way better at another establishment. Normally when people order fried chicken wings, they expect flavorful fried juicy crispy chicken wings, so idk what happened. But thanks though it was nice...
