El granero — Restaurant in Georgia

This is my initial experience dining at this place, and it will be my final one. I used doordash to order food, but unfortunately, all of the meat was overcooked. When I finished work, I returned the food to have it remade but faced difficulties. The staff was reluctant to remake my order, and upon its return, the vegetables were still uncooked. They simply chopped them up and placed them on my plate. Furthermore, they refused to cook the vegetables and added queso fresco to the dish. If you use doordash and your order is incorrect, this is the kind of inconvenience you may encounter. Next, they serve me cheese dip and claim it's complimentary, even though it's not the dish I requested. We will continue to exchange until my order is accurate. Their primary interest is in our money, yet the level of customer service they provide to us is subpar. Wish I could give...

I had the pleasure of dining at [ el granero restaurant ] recently, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch.

A special shoutout to [Waitress Brenda] and [Waitress Aracely], who went above and beyond to make our meal even more enjoyable. They are incredibly attentive and made sure our drinks were always refilled, had the best recommendations and made us feel right at home with their friendly attitude. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out.

My favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff are pleasant and Spanish speaking, so it makes me feel being in Mexico. It allows me to practice my Spanish.,The food is always delicious. Brought my friends from Indiana and they enjoy the authentic food. The Molcajete is great for meat lovers. The vegetable fajita was well seasoned and delicious. My husband enjoyed the enchilada loca.
