Straight up theft. The first time it happened I believed it when they said it was a fluke in the system as we ordered on the app paid and then they claimed that they didn't have the order. Went round and round in circles for about a week till finally the manager lady said she would make the sandwiches for us but would not refund the money (seem like you know what you did) . Even though I provided proof in my bank app that I paid for them as well as in the receipt that I got the night they were purchased she still said well my employee said it didn't show up on the computer so there's nothing we can do. (like I said eventually made the sub) This was about a year ago. Well we decided to stop going there, but we really wanted to meatball sub so fast forward to about a month or so ago and we order in the app and the same thing happens again. This time we asked to see his screen to show us that there wasn't nothing up there and he absolutely refused said he didn't have to. My thing is if it was to soothe the customer and all you had to do was show them on your side of the screen there was nothing there, I would have done that. Confronted him once again showed him the bank were the money was drawn out as well as the subway receipt showing that the order had been placed and purchased and he said well it's not on my screen oh well. Spoke to someone who claimed they were the manager but would not give me their name the nexr day on the phone and they said they were not going to refund the money to contact the 1-800 number to get it back. We did that and they told us contact the store to get our money back so it was just a run around. We just gave up as it was only like $8 but this is the second time this has happened here and our neighbor down the street said it happen to them as well about 2 months ago they had placed a big order of around $30 in the app and then they claim they didn't get it on the computer and they never did receive their refund either. Read moreYou know how you can just tell some people hate their jobs? Well that's how the gentleman was this morning around 11:15AM 04/11/25. I cheerfully walked in the gas station greeting the young man behind the Subway counter preparing what looked like a pick up order. He never even looked up to acknowledge me once. It looked like he was the only one there. He kept his head down but asked if I was picking up. I replied no and he replied then give me a minute. I said no problem let me know when you're ready. I grabbed a bag of chips and stood in position against the wall adjacent to the prep line. A few minutes went by and I'm checking my Google maps because I had to be at work. I said let me set a timer for 5 minutes and if he doesn't say anything to me by then I'll say something. My timer went off and HE WALKED OFF!!! Lol starving and in disbelief I put the bag of chips back and left. I'm here at work now still hungry lol my hAnger is what prompted me to leave this review. Word of advice kids, if you can't find joy or passion in what you do, find something else to do and stop punishing the rest of us. We had stopped going here for a while because they can never figure out when they were going to close and they were always skimpy with their sandwiches. For example once they were out of roast beef for the subway club that I had paid for online and refuse to sub another meat for the missing roast beef and just told me oh well. Went in tonight and had ordered a Subway melt and they literally gave me one slice of ham one slice of turkey and maybe two strips of bacon per each 6 inch half. Was barely toasted cuz the cheese wasn't even melted and the bottom of the bread was so hard I could have built a front porch with it. Also said that they didn't have any Italian herb bread ready that It had to cool for 30 minutes after baking and said they could give me white which was fine however no one contacted me to ask if this was fine.
