Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Georgia

First let me start by saying scooters is amazing and their coffee is even more amazing! BUT today I ordered a turtle latte coffe and when I went to take a sip it felt very light. So I opened it to find that half of my latte was missing. Because of scooters great costumer service I wasn't upset at all. I took the coffee back and told a the young woman that I was missing some of my beverage. She took my cup without asking what kind of coffee I had and went to fill it up. I tried to get her attention to tell her but I guess she's couldn't hear me. So I asked the gentlemen who was was working with her if he could tell her it's a turtle latte. He said okay but he never told her. She came back with coffee filled to the brim that taste like just COFFEE. It was filled up so high that when I tried to put the top on it was spilling over. I then inquired about the drink she had given me and asked if she could make a new new one because my drink didn't taste like a turtle latte. I get turtle lattes from you all ALL THE TIME so I was very disappointed at the treatment I received today and to find out that she was short changing me as if I was an inconvience to her when I came to her and politely told her my concern and gave her my request. Things happen! But I thought I'd let you know about the lovely young woman on shift this morning at the canton...

Visited this location 3 times and they were my first 3 visits ever to a Scooters. So far my initial impression of this establishment has been positive. Customer service is top notch and my orders have been accurate. I've only had their smoothies and they've been great so far. Only complaint about this location is the condition of their lot. Lots of potholes especially the one right in front of the window when you drive away. So cut a hard right when you pull away from the window when leaving.

Update 9/14/2025: Recently visited here to get my ordered. Somehow the app double charged me for my order. Notified the employee there where she promptly gathered my information. She was very helpful and helped me with this mistake. I received my refund from my bank after I notified them and received a credit on my Scooters app for the mistake. I am very happy with this customer service and will continue to visit this location...

I just moved to Woodstock, and I pass this place every day on the way to work. I was SO excited when I saw it, because it immediately reminded me of the small drive through coffee spots that populate the city of Seattle and surrounding areas.

The coffee is uniquely flavored, and I like it. The breakfast sandwich was OK. The people working there are extremely friendly and helpful. So where was the negative experience? The price.

I normally get a medium iced coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts, with just cream. The medium at Dunkin’ Donuts is the exact same size as a large at Scooter’s, and Scooter’s costs nearly twice as much (2.49 vs 4.20). If I’m trying to find a place I can stop by every morning before work, Scooter’s isn’t even an option, unfortunately.
