I would give -0 Stars if I could!! These people DO NOT know how to conduct business!! The fist time I went to Shane Rib Shack - I called ahead to place my order so it would be ready as Inwas on my lunch break! The employee placed me on hold, which is fine. However - I stayed on hold for over Twenty Five Minutes and finally hung up as I was pulling into the parking lot! So even though I was hesitant to call and attempt to place an order tonight I stupidly did it anyway expecting a better experience!
I call and the employee once again paced me on hold! I stayed on a silent hold for almost 12-15 minutes when the employee comes back to then line and thanks me for calling Shane Rib Shack! I tell her that I would like to place an order to go and she says “OK Sir! What can I get for you!?” I start placing my order and about 45 seconds into it she abruptly interrupts me and says “ Ahh Sir!!, We’re Closed!!”
I ask her why she answered the phone and then placed me on hold for over 20 minutes, JUST to come back and tell me that they are closed !!?? I asked to speak with an on duty Manager at that point. The “Manager” comes to the phone and advises me that she’s sorry but they were closed!
I said. REALLY!, This is no way to conduct business! She again states that she is sorry and actually agrees with me that this is No way to conduct business!!

Read moreThe place is aesthetically pleasant . We ordered 2 rib dinners side of Mac and cheese, baked beans and Cole slaw : The ribs which I think is what they are known for is very good . The sides not so good . Baked beans and macaroni came out really cold which was weird . Almost as if they just came out the refrigerator. They got sent back . We also ordered 2 baconater and fries , very disappointing. Burgers had no taste at all . No seasoning. No amount of sauce could help it . We also asked for cheddar cheese on the burgers and waited for 15 mins as they said . The burgers came out with American cheese. They had to be sent back . They told us give them another 15 mins. 10 mins later they told us they could not produce a burger with melted cheddar cheese . They could only sprinkle it . So we opted out the cheese . Another 15 mins later they came back with sprinkled melted cheddar cheese : ..this was very annoying as we said now never mind we didn’t want sprinkled cheddar cheese . We just went ahead and settle . All in all if u are here just get the ribs...
Read moreI Was Disappointed With The Service I Received Today In The Milledgeville Store As I Placed 3 Orders....I Ordered Myself Ribs and Pork Dinner..However After I Returned Home I Noticed That I Did Not Receive My Pulled Pork...I Then Called Several Times With No Answer After I Finally Made Contact The Casher Repeatedly Ask Me Was I Sure I Didn't Receive My Pork As If I Was Not Telling The Truth I Then Spoke With The Manager As I Entered The Store The Manager Ask Me To Open My Tray And Lift Up My Rib Again As If I Was Telling A Story SMH..She Then Yelled To The Back To Make My Pork..No Apologies Was Given To Me For Forgetting My Pork At No Time...As The Pork Tray Was Sent Out The Manager Placed It On The Counter And Proceeded To Walk Off Without Apologizing For Their Mistake ...I Then Asked Her For The Corporate Phone Number She Stated I Don't Know It Look It Up. I Advised Her To Please Refund My Order She Then Began To Have An Attitude....How Dare You You Treat A Good Paying Customer...
