Have you ever did anything you regret..great me to I took my son in yesterday to get his hair cut I was looking for a new shop ..so my son can get his hair cut every two weeks.. when I first walked in I knew the atmosphere was not for children..it might have been the 3 barbers standing in the front passing the liquor bottles around making themselves drinks while servicing clients or the overwhelming smell of gas .. and for a gas free person it was overwhelming but I said I'll just go ahead the Barber that cut my son hair was very inconsiderate of my time as he left my son in the chair to walk outside had my son sitting while he took his phone calls had my son waiting while he engaged in his inappropriate conversation and to make things worse the cut was trash ..my son hair looks like he took clippers and just grazed over it ..he didn't actually cut it at all ..I said to him why ido he still have all that hair ..like I knew it wasn't right he had the same amount of hair as he did when he came . My son has been getting his hair cut every two weeks for 8 years straight. I just took his excuse knowing how angry i was but i knew i had a choice to never return then he said the cut was 25 I gave him a 10 and a20 thinking he was going to give me my change so i could say ok here's ur tip even tho the cut was trash I was still going to tip ..not at all he put it in his wallet ..I then had to take my son to a different barber to fix what he did not do 30 i gave him and 35 I paid the new barber so Mr Claud had me spend 65.00 in two days that is a expensive hair cut the only reason I took his number was to remember his name..This was my mistake..one I will never repeat again .. but you live and you learn and this was just another lesson..if u get a bad feeling go with it don't second guess it ..I knew the atmosphere was not for me or mine..and i went...
Read moreWe are new to the area and we are looking for a barbershop. Walked in and was completely ignored, being that we needed a cut we initiated a conversation with one of the barbers asking if someone would be available to give a haircut. He asked one of the guys and he didn't seem too interested to do the service. Remember 1st impressions last. If you guys only do appointments say so, don't say yes to the service then your actions and body language is saying otherwise. Welcome someone when they walk in. A simple acknowledgement would be good for business. If you guys don't take walk-ins lock the door and only open it when your appointment arrive. I definitely would not recommend. Too many barbershop around to settle for sub-par...
