I had the worst experience you could ever imagine....
Last week, my family and I decided to grab something quick for dinner since it was already after 8pm.So we all agreed TacoBell would be our restaurant of choice,YYaYY RIGHT? WRONG!!!! We order 2mini chic quesadillas 2 hard tacos a cantina bowl with shredded chicken 2 shredded chicken tacos supreme and added creamy chipotle sauce those which keep in mind they charge for the sauce ,but no problem because i dont mind paying for what i want. after placing order and waiting for over 5min I remained patient as I know all to well how it feels to be on the opposite side of the window. Once getting my food I pulled forward to check my order since the day before when I grabbed lunch from there my crunch wrap was not in my bag which i Called back and manager apologized for my inconvenience I which greatly appreciated and quickly turned around to get my food. well needless to say my shredded chicken tacos were not made correctly so i tried to bring food back through the front door but he'Josh" was soo rude yelling "go through drive through" now at this point Im pissed because the line is now almost wrapped around the building and yet Im having to wait even longer,wen i told cashier "keyanna"what happen she said they will fix it and to pull around.So five minutes pass by and the cook bring me my food now "Josh" is still at the door holding it open for her still saying things like "who she think she is trying to come in once we closed" and checkin g my food for the second time IT WAS WRONG AGAIN can you believe it???? wow so now I tell cook its wrong because it has no sour cream,no tomatoes so she explained that she was newly hired and that she didnt know it was suppose to have those ingredients on it! No Problem then she take the food back and then another cook bring tacos back out by the name of terrion and when I checked my food for the Third time and it was wrong again I completely became furious and to add insult to injury "josh "is saying lawd nobody got time for this as if I incorrectly ordered my food,so the cook Terrion was telling him to stop talking and I told the cook to get your manager immediately because I've had it with this Josh guy.once the manager was informed she being "Iesha" was very apologetic and caring and offered to remake my tacos for the fourth time,with a great deal of apprehension I agreed and it was but far the best tacos I'd ever had.Iesha was a Lifesaver and Exercised superior customer service skills which I was so thankful for since Josh was showing the complete opposite.Unfortunately I will not be coming back as long as Josh is employed there because he is truly a rotten apple to all the good...
Read moreAfter working 14 hours, I had no desire to cook at home, and Taco Bell is usually my go-to for days like this, wrong choice today!! Ordered something new and asked for NO onions due to an allergy. Asked for the box deal so I could eat some tonight and the rest for lunch tomorrow. Apparently the BOX part was not heard so I just recieved the 2 tacos, large drink (didnt ask what size i wanted when i was ordering, just assumed they knew since I had ordered the BOX) and the 2 potato soft tacos. Had to pull forward so they could bring it out, no worries... rather have things fresh and have to wait than get premade crap! Food was brought out quickly, as the bag was handed to me I couldn't miss the smell of onions. Walked the bag of food back in along with the soda (wasn't good either). Let them know about the onions.. wasn't mad since it happens often. What got me was when i looked back at the employee that was supposed to be REMAKING the 2 tacos because of the onion ALLERGY, he was back there picking off the onions! He finished and tossed the bag of "hand picked food" onto the counter when I heard the other employee ask "is the REMAKE?" and was told yes!!! At that point I just asked for my money back, once getting home I noticed they DIDN'T even give a full refund!! Needless to say, they need to figure out how to properly deal with food when they are told "ALLERGY"...
Read moreWe placed an order at 4:45 on the app, it showed it being made so we drove to the store and arrived at 4:55, my husband then stood there for an hour trying to get someone’s attention. Finally he was able to get someone’s attention and they told him it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes….despite the app saying it was ready. He then listened as who the employees would later inform him was THE MANAGER, complaining about every single persons order. During this time he asked several employees to speak to the manger. Which never happened despite standing there an additional 25 minutes waiting for the food and the manager never showed up. He finally got our order at about 6:15 and of course it was wrong. Several Items were missing so he went back in and asked again to speak to a manager and was told “she is too busy” and they pointed at the rude woman in the back who was complaining nonstop about having to make orders. He finally got the missing items and we left this store at 6:20. We were there from 4:55-6:20 attempting to get an order that was placed at 4:45. We filed a complaint regarding it but based off the other reviews I doubt the owner cares much about their low rating or the inappropriate behavior and service...
