Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

I frequently go to this location because it is the nearest one to my home. I am a vegetarian woman who only eats my sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, onions and black pepper. The person making my sandwiches (Mark Appleby) made two sandwiches for me. When getting to my sandwich I wanted extra lettuce he told me no because there is no way to charge for it. I said I understand but that is all I am getting on my sandwich. I come subway at least once a week and he has refused to make my sandwich with extra lettuce for three times now. Every other person gladly puts extra lettuce on it without any hesitation. Park in turn threw away both of my sandwich’s while I was standing there. This is his third time doing that as well. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service he displays to me. I always get great service from every subway I go to. In order to get a sandwich I had to go to the Publix in the same parking lot, who again had no problem giving me extra lettuce. I would like to speak to something regarding this because it’s a shame to have to in counter someone like Mark. He refused to give me his name just walked off after rudely throwing my sandwiches away. I had a sandwich for my elderly mother who loves subway as much as I do. As of today 07/02/25. That gentleman and lady that were there at 3pm. I thought rudeness and and selective service. Meaning you select the people or ethnicity you give the service to. I thought that was a younger generation thing to provide such horrible service. But nope I shows its all the way across the age spectrum. Tell you what if you dont like the hospitality business. Simple go somewhere else instead of being a negative Nancy. Or perk up its your job. I was not rude to you why be that way with me order listen to you guys and paid a d left. But you 2 people discourage the customer how you talk down on them. I haven't eaten su way in years thank you for reminding me not to ever eat it again. Your customer service is horrible both of you. So my BF and I got there at 8:40 tonight, a Sunday. Y'all are supposed to close and nine and ol girl behind the counter as soon as we walk in says ugh, lock the door. So the other girl comes around the corner and says "do you need help" to ol girl and she says again "lock the door" the other girl said "why, what time is it" Ol girl then looks at me and says what kind bread?
