Us Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

The woman who runs the front of the store (appearing to be of Asian lineage) is normally very pleasant; however for the last 3-4 meals or so ago, the food quality had been dropping off...significantly!

On my most recent visit just days ago, she shorted both of my 20 piece chicken wing order by abt 8 pieces. My fried talpia tasted like burnt flour w/ absolutely no seasoning at all. Within minutes of my arrival home and issue w/ quality discovery (no more than 7 mins or so as we live in Providence directly across the street) I politely called her to explain what had happened. I asked her if I could bring the food back when she opened the next day as her closing time was close and I had been very ill and had taken my cold medication which made me drowsy. She said it did not matter to her if I was under the weather or not safe to drive rather "[you] bring the food tonight or I don't care and I will not remake for you!!"....and commenced to hang up in my face without cause or prior advisement she would be ending the call. I am deeply saddened that after at least 4 years of my family supporting her as a small biz in the community, she lacked such professionalism, care and just plain common courtesy. Needless to say, my credit card company was placed on notice and the charge was reversed...

Their honey mustard wings are really good. BUT if you want good customer service, go elsewhere. The Chinese lady that answers the phone is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and doesn't understand English well. Called up there earlier to place an order. I explained to her I wanted a 10 piece, 5 mild and 5 honey mustard. She got smart with me saying she doesn't know how I expect her to do that. I explained to her I wanted 2 different flavors. She then proceeded to say "you should've said that in first place". I told her that I did say that but she wasn't listening to me. After asking if that was all, she hung up on me before I could tell her I wanted to place another order. I called back and told her that it was rude of her to hang up on me and that if she was gonna have an attitude that I would take my business elsewhere. She then said "Go ahead then heffer" and hung up on me again. I swear to God it took everything in me not to go up there and slap fire out this hoe. Never have I ever had anyone disrespect me like that, ESPECIALLY when I'm tryna help their business out. I won't be going there again, EVER. And I'm spreading the word to anyone who...

Wanted to get an order so decided to try out this place but once I got there and Saw how the lady (Nikki) at the counter was speaking to a customer with such a disrespectful, nonchalant attitude my mind began to change . The customer was just trying to ask a question wasn’t argumentative or rude. Nikki continued to be sarcastic towards the customer and even displayed blatant disregard for the customer’s concerns . I felt horrible for the individual the customer service was just REVOLTING and I just had to walk out. It’s too bad I heard good things about this place, but if the owner can’t control his workers, it’s not the place...
