THAT Burger Spot! #3 — Restaurant in Georgia

Well to start, first time trying to eat here. I came in on Friday 14th, 3 people awaiting on food already. The order taker said it would be an hour wait, I understood until the cook came up and said you told them about the hour wait. I replied serious but joking well u need to be back there cooking then, she laughed and continued to take off her apron and I guess she was about to take a break. So I lifted. So today Saturday 15th. Second attempt I tried calling, was put on hold for 9 mins then the lady chimes in and said give me a minute I will get back with you. Another 8 minutes went by then I just hung up. I understand people may be busy and have a lot of orders but at the same time there need to be standards to customer service. Hire better proactive people who about getting things done and who can multitask if you are only going to hire a hand full of people, if that don’t work hire more people. But I think overall if you want to expand and grow, great customer service and good business strategies need to be in place. Chick-fil-a for example. Standards that’s you must stick by. If I’m one person trying to order them I’m sure there are hundreds of others doing the same thing. Don’t run business. Either you can make money or make excuses but you can’t do both. Known as the best burger spot in Atlanta with multiple locations, #1 is in Riverdale and I visited #3 in Jonesboro. I came around noon on a weekday and it was about a 15 minute wait with an online order,  this place wasn't busy inside but customers were frequently coming to pick up their To-go orders. Definitely recommend placing the order online if you're in a rush.

There is no seating inside or outside so be prepared to eat in your car or drive home. I had a 20 minute drive home and the burger was still fresh, hot and so yummy.

Service - everyone I interacted with was friendly. Even while they were working the grill they still acknowledged you. Bag was packed with napkins and ketchup.

Food - I had the impossible burger and my oh my it was so GOOD..... it was seasoned like a home cooked burger on the grill, and had so much flavor. Best veggie burger OTP!! I like that I could personalize it because it was perfection. I had the Cajun crinkled fries and thought they were okay, they looked like they were going to be fire but something was missing.  I had to dip it in the sauce for extra flavor.

They also have items for pescaterians, vegans, and of course,  carnivores.

They have two locations in Atlanta so I'm definitely planning on returning soon to try some of their other...

Over priced and very unprofessional service. Called in my order at 9:15, was told 20min. Arrived at 9:35 and was told I had an additional 30min wait by the cook. When I told her the woman I spoke with over the phone said 20min, she said ok only a 15min wait and was very rude and nasty to me. I came here on my break and only had limited time hence calling ahead and arriving on time. The cook then began yelling at me saying she wasnt who I spoke with and that the person who told me that was gone and she didnt know how backed up they were. She acted as if it was my fault that someone told me 20min and I showed up on time. I asked for the manager and even the cashier started to get rude with me saying the manager is the one who told me 20min and is not here and wont be in till the morning. They are even still talking now as I write this review (apparently they are upset with management because management always does this from what I can hear loudly).
