I have notice looking at the reviews that I guess they tried to get new reviews in after some extreme bad ones. They have good reviews made by their own maintenance staff.. Cedric white works there so why is he making a review. I went into the office and staff was extremely rude. I walked in on them gossiping about one of their tenants and they thought I was really gonna put a application in. My daughter lives there and I wanted to be close to her. But they are unprofessional and Ms. Jasmin Talks to you about other people’s business in her exact words “I’m about to get all these people off the property.” I’m 59 years old and just disappointed that women can’t have power without wanting to abuse it. Someone needs to remove her out of the office she means no good to the community and no one will ever feel safe and secure in their homes with people like her in office. And wow have u seen the response to the tenants reviews very unprofessional. Rent extremely to high it’s not even a gated community. When I visit my daughter gate always open and they need some type of security. My opinion they need to remove the Problem and make your tenants happy because they are the ones that pay you. Don’t sit in a office and gossip about other people. Jasmin don’t even know me but felt comfortable enough to voice harsh opinions about hard working people. It’s a young lady there starting a petition to get the apartments investigated and so far she has a lot of signatures. Jasmin should count her days and start looking for a new job. WARNING!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!! I have lived here for 2 years now and have never ran into this many problems with management( due to new management)!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I HAVE RECEIVED 4 DIFFERENT QUOTES IN REGARDS TO MY FINAL PAYMENT WITH IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS via letter on my door. I called the office to find out what the correct quote was (prorated amount, plus water, sewer, and trash.) She gave me an exact amount, so I returned the next day with that exact amount. THIS SAME LADY TOLD ME THAT I STILL HAD AN BALANCE!! I asked where is this extra balance coming from she could not explain it, and almost did not take my check! THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM OF 2 LADIES, IS A COMPLETE JOKE. They are unprofessional, unorganized, and most important not EFFICIENT at there job! I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THIS EXTRA CHARGE IS COMING FROM AND I HAVE TALKED TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES. My jobs keeps me away from the complex, that is the reason I stayed so long, but the Neighborhood is TERRIBLE AS WELL. Whenever I am home, I hear loud screaming in the streets, their are always police arresting people in the complex, and babies crying all the time. The pool is NEVER open! And the few times it is open, it is filthy, thing floating around just disgusting!! In the apartment there are always ANTS!! They told me when I moved in there is a little ant problem, MORE LIKE INFESTATION!! They are everywhere ALL YEAR ROUND!! I have now lived here for a year. I don't have many issues, and stick to myself. The few maintenance issues I did have were fixed in a timely fashion. I have seen some management come and go but have not had any issues with the current management. When I voice my concerns they have been addressed, and I think the lady that works in the front office name is Ms. Jasmine. She made sure I was moved in on time, even tho I was very worried, she even contacted the contract company in front of me to calm my worries. I can say I have had some financial issues and have not felt out of place or harassed when trying to fix it and come up with the rent. Also had issues where I needed additional help getting access to my unit, or mail box and Ms. Jasmine is always willing to assist, even when she is on a conference call she attempts to take a second to assist me. I have never heard the gossip I read about in the previous reviews and are pretty close with some neighbors that have been here for years.
