They are both fast & efficient and have a 100 score posted in their drive-thru window which is submitted by the Georgia state health inspector of restaurant's division. That alone is both impressive and important for very few restaurants can actually claim that accolade of excellent, especially for a fastfood chicken restaurant. Mr. Bojangles "DANCE!" and keep on dancing my cajun chicken biscuit brother! Unfortunately on my last visit I was treated like a pyria and talked extremely condescending too by a elderly woman working the drive-through. This all transpired merely because I ask her to give me my receipt and after waiting for 10 minutes out front coming in to request it once again. I was taught not to disrespect my elders, however, when they are clearly in the wrong with a nasty demeanor like hers, it really tested my personal faith in humanity and my self control. If she has anger issues she needs to work a position where she doesn't have to interact with the public or perhaps receive some additional sensitivity training. It was obvious that she thought by in saying "sir" to me that excused everything else that came out of her mouth and more importantly the aggressive manner and tone in which her words were delivered. If she had been a man I would have definitely thought that a physical attack was imminent. If any manager reads these comments you have a potential serious public relations nightmare gearing up to explode in your restaurant with employee behavior like this. I hate to change my rating from a 5 star down to 2 based solely on her behavior in this incident but I've worked employee's in business for years and if I witnessed a employee interact with the public as she did I would ask them to immediately apologize or be terminated post haste. Read morewent for a biscuit bout 10 this morning , I dont do the drive-thru because I drive a large service truck . we parked as has been our normal at this location on about 5 trips there a week for the last month , we are working right down the street . we were told the inside was closed but people were in line an seated as well . an African American male came up as we were walking away , the African American worker let him in , we went back over and an African American customer in line let us in then the African American worker said no ,we are closed on the inside.now ,I am wondering why we can't go inside , . my only assumption is apparently , being Caucasian was the wrong color .
