My husband and I stop here on the way to work because we love the breakfast here. We had ordered 5 croissants with egg and cheese, we wanted to take some to our colleagues. We wanted one with bacon this time, we wanted to make sure the gentleman who was taking our order knew we wanted 1 sandwich with bacon. However, before my husband could finish his sentence Natalie the most rude and unprofessional manager ever cut my husband off and she was rushing us off onto the window as if they were extremely busy. We were literally the only ones at the drive through and I know there were barely any people inside because there were like 3 cars parked outside. The gentleman that was taking our order was super nice and did a great job at listening. Natalie on the other hand is on a whole another level of unprofessionalism and disrespect, she continued to argue with us when we got up to the window claiming that she “knew our order”. It doesn’t matter if we always order the same thing one day we might want something different. Natalie honey, I don’t think customer service is your thing and you should probably seek some other type of employment because you are not manager material. I understand people have their days and people have things going on in their lives but being rude to people, cutting them off, and taking your stress, anger, etc out on customers is unacceptable. Best believe we will be contacting corporate. We demanded a refund due to her lack of professionalism and for wasting our time. Read moreThis was one of the WORST fast food experiences I’ve ever had. My husband, my kid, and I came through around 6:30. We ordered a #7 (no onions, no condiments), a Wednesday kids’ meal, and some other food. We get home and the kids’ meal has NO nuggets. At this point it’s almost 7 and my kid has nothing to eat, so I immediately call and drive back.
When I get to the window, the girl working was nice and handed me a replacement kids’ meal right away. No problem with her at all. But then I mention that my burger was wrong too, and she gets the manager. That’s when things went downhill.
This manager came to the window extremely rude, aggressive, and flat-out accusing me of lying. Even though his employee remembered me, and even though I could show proof of the charge, he kept saying “no, no, no” over and over like I was making it up. Seriously? Why would anyone drive 10 minutes back for a missing kids’ nugget if it wasn’t true? Also he should teach his employees to get orders correct and provide receipts if he doesn’t want to take the customers proof.
His attitude was disgusting. He talked to me in a way I guarantee he wouldn’t have if my husband was the one at the window. And judging from other reviews, I’m not the first person he’s treated this way. He needs to be fired immediately.
Disgusting service. Disgusting manager. I will NEVER be back.

Read moreI went inside and ordered two biggie bags (after asking for them to put the lunch menu up which went into effect 30 minutes prior) and had a promo on the app for a free “any size fry with $5 purchase”. The little woman at the counter, who by the way is ALWAYS rude and incompetent, told me it’s not a large fry, even though I showed it to her on the app and then she said I need to click on the “use in restaurant” button, which I already did because I know how my phone works and I use the app all the time, must mean she can’t read, and showed her the QR code that was already pulled up and she scanned it and it never came off because she didn’t do it right. I had to tell her after she told me the incorrect total that it was wrong and this childish grown woman sighed as loud as she could in my face about it and walked off. I eventually got what I ordered but the fries tasted like they were microwaved leftovers from yesterday, the buns were stale, and the nuggets were just thrown in the bag. Look-I get it.
