I came to this location today and had a horrible experience. I came through drive thru to order $77+ worth of food only to be greeted by a rude employee who couldn't get my order right no matter how many times I spoke clearly even to confirm my order at the pay window. Caitlein took my order and was extremely rude and unfriendly. I asked for 2 party pack of nuggets and she kept telling me they were out of cookies and I kept trying to explain to her that I needed chicken nuggets. I ordered a ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich and she explained they didn't have the cheese which was fine but there was no sauce or anything else on the sandwich besides the chicken and bun. I asked her at the window to confirm my order while I was paying since she got everything wrong at the speaker and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude. I got to the pick up window and the manager on duty Ramen was also confirming that the party pack of nuggets was only 20 nuggets for 17.99 when on the wendys website it says 50. I talked to him about his employee and he rushed me along because he had a line. He did not care. I drove off, went to the hotel only to find my order was still messed up and I had to come back. I came back and explained to him my order was messed up and he said we'll what do you want me to do? He had no concern that I told him at the pick up window where he was working that my order was messed up and he assured me it was fine only for me to drive all the way back to try and get it fixed.
Horrible experience and a complete waste of money! This is the only wendys I've been to that I've ever had this problem with. I went next door to McDonald's and got treated better with a correct order.
My order wasn't complicated at all. I needed the correct amount of nuggets and 2 sandwich combos. He even said she rang it up wrong at the pick up window when I needed my 2nd drink for my combo and he said well she didn't put it in right so it's only 1 drink. I asked could he fix it and he said I have a line and you need to go back...
Read moreI was in town for a trip to Great Wolf Lodge with my group. Shortly after we entered the building, there was no one at the cashier, but a few crew members stood motionless in the back. While we waited, we started noticing more details around us. The soda fountains were filthy, and one of them was completely broken. On the screen, we saw that about 75% of the soda choices were greyed out and unavailable.
All the tables appeared unclean, as if they hadn't been wiped down in a while. After nearly ten minutes of waiting, the crew still remained motionless, staring at us like zombies. Then, we saw one of the employees drop an empty plastic food tray—the kind used to temporarily store cooked meats before assembling burgers—onto the floor. Instead of cleaning it, they simply picked it up and placed it back into the heated holding unit like nothing had happened. That was beyond disgusting.
Just as we were about to leave, a young guy finally came to the cashier. However, while we were placing our orders, he seemed completely zoned out the entire time. Some of us tried to get his attention, but it was as if he wasn’t even there—lost in another parallel universe. After what felt like forever, he finally snapped out of it and started taking our orders.
As we stood there, we suddenly heard a female voice yelling from the back of the kitchen, loud and clear: "Why do we have so many customers? Make them go away!" That was the final straw. We decided there was no way we were coming back to this Wendy’s.
But that wasn’t even the worst part. On our way out, we saw a half-naked person standing motionless outside the front entrance. Sorry to say, but this place felt like a...
Read moreJust attempted to order at this Wendy's. I arrived in line behind 3 other vehicles at 2151. After waiting a few seconds for the woman in front of me to finish ordering, I pulled up to place my order. I watched the 3 cars in front of me recieve their food and leave. No one greeted me over the comm. At 2156, I heard a whistle come from behind me and saw a male rolling a cart to the dumpster. He proceeded to yell, "They closed brah." To which I replied, "It is only 2156." I know COVID19 has everyone's world and service times upside down, i truly understand that. But when you are the last car in the line, no postage stating your closing hours, and no one greets you after just completing an order to inform you they are closed, that is just poor service. The male yelled to me that "...they have to clean up and be out of the restaurant before 2200." I replied, "they just served that lady food?" "What you want me to do about it?" He yelled. At this point, I left. I proceeded to get prompt service, a hot hamburger and fries, from the McDonald's next door. Congratulations Wendy's, you now have worse service than McDonald's...I will not be utilizing this Wendy's anymore. I suggest reevaluating your service hours and standards or prepare to lose further service from people being treated unprofessionally...
