I understand that places are severely understaffed at this point.... But this was rediculous... First, they're was a line at drive thru... With a support long wait between moving... I just chalked it up to being understaffed... I finally get to the order post... Twenty minutes with not a word from the employee taking orders, I spoke up... And got a laughing "give me a minute." Ten minutes later, I finally got to order. And was told the only drink they had was sweet tea. Fine. Whatever. I'm too hungry to care at this point. Ten minutes after that, I finally get to the window... Took the card, didn't say a word, gave the card back... No receipt. Still nothing said. Get the drinks and it's like they poured an entire bag of sugar in to that one cup. My partner couldn't even drink or and he basically lives off of sweet tea... Meanwhile, through the window, you can see the drive thru girl and one other girl pretty much chasing each other through the store, laughing and obviously ignoring their jobs (including a line of annoyed people waiting for their orders to be taken)... And the one man in there is running around trying to get orders made and packed (and he's the one who handed our order to us in the end)... And then the girl comes up, takes a single order of the car behind me still waiting at the order post (another ten minutes later)... And preceeds to make a soda (liked like coke or Dr pepper) after telling us all they had was sweet tea... The one guy in there tonight needs a raise. The two girls, though... Obviously don't understand work ethics and we're there to play and socialize instead of work... The whole experience was super frustrating and it ended with us getting home with my blood sugar being in the 40s after eating the fries on the way home... And my partners burger not even being the right one... But with no receipt, I can't say what the girl actually rang...
Read moreThis Wendy's has been freshly renovated and it is already a dump. Me and my fiancé ate in there today, the food was cold, the dining area and the cooking area were both filthy. The whole place was covered in flies. We went to sit down to eat our food and noticed the floor had not been swept nor mopped in a long while and the tables were dirty. The silverware area was not stocked and was dirty. The new drink machine was out of order so we had to ask for a refill. None of the employees offered to get us a refill (because they seen we took pictures of the areas) so the cook in the back had to come give us a refill while everyone else was goofing off. The front ordering area was nasty and needed to be wiped off with flies all over. There was a random, unprofessional, framed picture of an employee that said something about buying a cookie or a frosty (I post a picture with this review) so we were not really sure what that was all about. While we were sitting in the dining area eating our food, the employees were making throw-up noises. They were laughing abnoctiously loud and cursing up a storm including the "N" word. On our way out, I decided to take more pictures because they were all rudly staring at us and looked like they were going to say something to us but never did. Management should be ashamed that they let this place turn into a sespool. Save your money and eat...
Read moreThis Wendy’s ALWAYS fails me. Every time I’ve tried to give them a shot they have new faces, new employees and the same horrible experience. The cashier “Genesis” was not informative at all. She failed to inform that there would be an up charge to ordering a lemonade. Normally that wouldn’t have been an issue but since there coke machine wasn’t working and all they had was diet drinks available I got a lemonade for them. The up charge normally wouldn’t be a problem for ME but I work in a facility with where the individuals with intellectual disabilities I support come with a fixed amount for whenever they purchase lunches. She did not tell me that there would be an upcharge nor did she tell me the total in general. I do not carry extra change nor does the facility provide change. Apart from that they said they couldn’t do 3 separate orders. So instead of helping me or providing me with solutions I let them know that I didn’t mind going back around. The host “ATO” was very rude and dismissive. She did not care nor were they friendly with all the inconveniences they caused.I also ordered through the app and got a coke before I was made aware that there wasn’t supposedly any regular drinks available.
