Let me start by saying that I love Wendy's. Usually the service is good, the food is correct, fresh and GOOD, and I can arrive and leave in a very reasonable amount of time. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location in recent memory. The service is always sub-par but this time took the cake. I entered the drive-thru about 9:35 pm, placed my order and made it to the window in a matter of 3 or 4 minutes. The lady at the window took my money, told me to pull ahead (behind another waiting customer) and she'd bring my order right out. There was no one behind me. I questioned this, and she said to just pull ahead and she'd bring my order, snatching the window shut. Whatever. I pulled ahead and waited, and waited and finally another girl came out with two bags. She handed them to the person in front of me and went back inside.
So I waited longer. Eventually, the second girl re-appeared and quickly handed me a bag and went back inside, locking the door behind her. It was about 10:03 at this point. I had ordered a single and spicy chicken. I opened my bag to find two double stacks, dripping mayonnaise and ketchup all over the place, and nothing else... No napkins either. So I backed up to the window, honked the horn and yelled and waved, only to watch three different people glance my way and keep walking around, talking and dancing and singing. Still, no one had pulled in the drive thru behind me. I finally just left and threw the order away about 10:07. I can't remember the last time I got service this horrible anywhere besides damn near any McDonald's location.
Please let your employees know that none of them were worth even minimum wage tonight and probably any other time, much less the insane amounts some of them seem to think they're jobs deserve. I'll never spend a dime at this location again, nor at any other for a while, and you can rest assured that I will share my experience with as many people as...
Read moreWe were a group of 8. When we arrived there was no one in the dining area nor in the drive through. Each ordered individually, beginning at 8:20. Our orders began getting filled at 8:45 and the last order was finally filled at 9:09. There were no special or complicated orders. Another gentleman came in around 8:45 and was finally able to order about 8:55. I mention this because even though our orders still had not been filled, he received his order, 2 double baconators and a triple with an extra pattie, and was out of there by 9:05. My burger was incorrect and though it would have been an easy fix, I asked for a refund due to the already long wait. As I was asking for a refund the last one in our party was still waiting for his food. Because I finally had the manager Alisa's attention, I asked that when they finally had his double ready, that they replace the fries that had been sitting on the tray now for over 30 minutes. She wasn't happy at my request, but the fries were replaced when his burger was finally ready. This kind of service is unacceptable, inexcusable and intolerable. This location's incompetent service will definitely make me think twice before visiting any Wendy's locations...

I definitely could sense an attitude. Hoping corporate or either district manager sees this I forgot her name but she seemed to actually care about customer service because I know the crew members 35+ could care less! This is why fast food is a young ppl job they aren’t as miserable as the adults.
