An astounding lack of regard . I ran restaurants for 33yrs. It's a hard job and some people are not nice. So I not only don't write bad reviews, I side with the restaurant... BUT You can't give me a incomplete order then be rude when I very very nicely point it out, make it my fault,, instead of making it right , refuse me a refund , which is stealing( that's twice ). and send me home with a cold sandwich that's made wrong..it's just too much There were 2 people there tonight,

Dear unhappy lady that was cooking. . Either get better at your job, be nicer to people or do other work. You have a bad combo going. Dear Manager that thinks she is the attorney for the employees instead of an advocate for the customer. You can do better. But it's not all your fault. The fact that you don't have a basic knowledge of handling guest issues tells me it's your bosses fault. You just need to be trained. I am hangry. Insulated, and offended. Oh, about the money stealing. So when you pay through the app, and they don't have the item(86 it it on the app guys), or you get an incomplete order, or just screw it all up like tonight, they tell you that have to go on the app for a refund.. that's not true.Stop telling people that. You have to go on the app to get a phone number to call. I don't want to have to call, and explain the entire experience I just had at the store for my $5-$6..That's what you have a brick and mortar store. That's what the managers are for. When did y'all leave the restaurant business? I called my credit card company to deny the charges. That cold, made wrong sandwich tasteed great for gree. See , I have a manager like you. Could onlyngive three stars this time. I ordered a salad that normally comes with bacon on it. Before ordering inasked the cashier if the bacon is already on the salad or do they add it. She said it was added.I dont eat pork son i asked for no bacon. She said no problem and walked up to the line prep and specifically to him not to put bacon on the salad. Twice. He must have been having a bad day but i noticed before i ordered he had already messed up a salad before hand. The gentleman next to me was upset because he said he was waiting 45 minutes just for one salad 😳. When it's my order being prepared im watching him put bacon on my salad. At 1st i thought that salad may be for the drive through. Nope it was mine. She hand me the order I check it and give it right back. The cashier goes back to him to explain his mistake and he has the nerve to get upset with the little old lady that mind you explained to twice before not to put bacon on the salad. She had to get the manager to make my salad. Idont know what his issue was but he was clearly wrong and didn't want to accept it. I dont know here name but shouts out tonthe little old lady who was doing a great job taking orders and serving customers. She deserves 5 🌟. But for the line prep guy shame on him for being upset because he messed up two orders. That's why this review...

Just went to the wendys at 9pm. It's a truck stop location so food should still be fresh regardless the time. Was told they weren't taking orders at the drive through so had to go inside. There is also a tree halfway down in the middle of the drive through area near the exit that noone has bothered to remove. I almost hit it because it was dark and saw it last minute. Decided to go on inside, Date on tea container was made at 2am last night, which is beyond ridiculous. So noone decided to make fresh tea all day long? It doesnt take but a few minutes to make some tea. The tea was soured so opted for coke. Got home and the hamburger buns are hard so who knows how old they are. The meat is so dry on a Dave's triple, all 3 patties are cooked like a rock and old. They also were out of Mayo so had to give Mayo packets. Fries are cold and hard. The cheese is hard like a rock and not melted. Like did you nuke this burger in the microwave? This use to be a decent place and prior I had left a 5 star review, but after tonight's disaster and spending 40$ on food that cant even be eaten, we are beyond disappointed and disasstified. Atleast the dogs were happy. Get your act together, do your jobs, and you may want to invest in a whole new crew for this location because...
